Hello! Welcome to the SeansTrainVideos channel! I make videos about trains, this channel is based in Dublin but I do upload trains from other places aswell. I aim to upload one train video every Friday at 17:00 BST/GMT and a couple RU-vid shorts in-between. I hope you like what you see here and if you do, please subscribe!
I’m very much looking forward to seeing the M3 Parkway line being extended to Navan, having family still living in Dunshaughlin - coupled with a LUAS extension to the Irish Ferries/Stena Terminals at North Wall via Dublin Docklands, it will make coming home from Manchester Piccadilly or Manchester Victoria via Chester, Crewe or Lladnuo and Holyhead so much easier, regardless of whether or not they do eventually build the high speed rail tunnel under the Irish Sea between Holyhead to Dublin, although less likely because of the failure of HS2 in the U.K. - in my 23 years living in Manchester and coming home to Ireland frequently on visits to family, Irish Rail are so much better than the U.K. rail networks by comparison, precisely because they are not privatised
@@seanstrainvideosThis is the least stressful and most relaxing part of my journey home from Manchester Piccadilly via Chester, Crewe or Lladnuo to my family in Dunshaughlin - where possible, I try to get from the Irish Ferries/Stena Terminal on arrival from Holyhead to Dublin Docklands for this train, arranging a lift from M3 Parkway on arrival
I’d love to see the LUAS Trams being extended to the Irish Ferries and Stena Terminals at Dublin Port via the Dublin Docklands Irish Rail station - being Irish and living in Manchester 23 years, I come home frequently on SailRail via Holyhead and I’d also love to see the M3 Parkway line being extended to Navan, as my family live in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath - it remains to be seen if the high speed rail tunnel under the Irish Sea from Holyhead to Dublin will ever get built though 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪❤️
I was in balbriggan train station 2 weeks ago and the station now has new led timetables to tell people the stations that the train stops at so this video has to be an old one as the led timetables are the old ones in this video
Great video of the Dublin Luas: interesting how slow the pull in to that station, is that normal or is it because of the padestrian crossing, by that i mean doed the lias arrive faster at stations in a grade separated alignment or is that normal...?
That had a crash back in 2022. Great to see it bac. Loke the white displah but i do prefer the green ones on 4001, 3017 and 5001-5041, these should have red displays fo the red line
I've seen 4001 and 3017 get new ones identical to the 402 and 502 trams; I'm not a big fan of them. They don't seem "401-y" or "301-y" enough if you know what I mean
