Eventually, the global industrialists will remove Taiwan from the supply chain to hedge risks, as comprehensive power of the mainland grows. The mainland will not need to do much, just develop comprehensively, and more of the same.

In Australia current EV sales are 8% of total sales per year. Charging times for only 8% of total cars and current charging infrastructure is already an issue during holiday periods. Once the majority of cars are EV's it will be a nightmare even with increased infrastructure with 12 minute charging times. Until they can get charging times down to the same time it takes to fuel a ICE vehicle I will stay away from EV's
