the worst thing is losing good close friends because sometimes you can't hide it so they take care of you but it goes on-so they get fed up and leave you. I understand but i just wish i could live like them. I scream sometimes in public the pain gets so bad. I'm this close to an attempt i just cannot cope and never felt so alone in the fact that I cannot cope or hide it.

Pain is meant to tell us something is wrong and what not to do. Or. For growth. We endure pain and eventually it becomes growth Chronic pain has no growth. No lesson. It's hell. It's just a curse.
I have 6 herniated disks, a couple bulging disks, scoliosis & arthritis in my back-I doubt there is anything that will change. And facing homelessness now at 60+. The help they claim is there for us IS NOT!

And even if it doesn't feel like you're living a full life, your life IS meaningful. You are beautiful, valuable, strong, and worthy of love, care, and acceptance. You are not a burden, and you deserve love, not pity.
Will it work if you have neuropathy where i feel more. I am not numb. I have also thought about cutting my legs of. But cupping massage works to make in lessen.

If I just had one day. One night of sleep, one day of getting out sleepless bed was not accompanied by an embarrassing, sincere groan or tortured moan. Feeling of being tortured - wondering grasping at straws what I might've done sometime in my life to deserve chronic debilitating pain. Our doctors, feel pain relief has an FDA CDC - alternative therapy standard. One size fits all no matter what your pharmacological DNA process is. It is capped. This is not a life of dignity. This is a life where your dreams wither that were so active and great as you watch everyone else thrive and cheer each other. Where you have to downplay horrible days in pain. Dreading "how are you? " every day is excruciating. how do we live? How do we keep existing? We keep thinking that some magic wand will come down and give us mercy, some pain relief. It's embarrassing, humiliating.

Zdravím vás z Č.R, ráda bych vás upozornila na činnost mozkomíšního moku v durálním vaku, jeho rytmus v mnohém určuje stabilitu a držení jak fasciálního tak svalového. V neposlední řadě nikdo téměř nepoužívá dech do ledvin, který vyrovnává oblast pro spodní dech.Také kost křížová je držena fasciemi velmi vysoko. Chronic pain is complex there may be A LOT more to uncover.
