It's safe to lower glucose but when you lower glutamine you also lower the effectiveness of your own immune system and that's what you don't want. That's what puzzles scientist. How to lower glutamine of the cancer cells but not lower glutamine of the healthy immune cells.
I was advised to take L-glutamin supplementation because of my leaky gut syndrome associated to a celiac disease and a Gilbert Syndrome. Is it carcinogenic?

Are you sure about this. My mother is having phyllodes tumor. It is fibroepithelial in origin with high recurrence possibility. There is no chemo available for phyllodes. Would this be effective in phyllodes??

@@RMHCS-the-returnif this is for anti-aging, you are a lot better off to take one larger dose once weekly. 5-8mg. This helps prevent constant over suppression of mtorc2. Mtorc1 is what we want to suppress.
@@soultoxI'm taking 8mg of Rapamycin(Sirolimus tablets) once weekly along with Acarbose(50mg 3x daily) and 1000mg of Metformin daily in 500mg doses split up to morning and late evening. Haven't had any glucose or A1c issues. I noticed a dramatic reduction in chronic inflammation I was having after the first couple of days of Rapamycin treatment. It only got better with each weeks dose.
