Hi thanks for the good video. I have one unit Ktron K2M-S100. When running few days, it will comes out an alarm ''42 start ignored'' and suddenly stop. After reset, it is able to run again then after few days, the alarm come out again and causes the feeder stop while running. The feed factor and mass-flow are normal while running. I have checked all the gears unit or belts are fine. I have change the motor, motor drive board(in KCM), cpu board(in KCM) even the I/O modules of PLC in my system. But, problem still occur, may i know what i can do to solve this problem ? Thank you in advance.
