This didn’t show how to set up a shop on IG. I realize this video is three years ago, too. A BIG issue with IG is that the owners can take it down at their discretion; having your own website means it’s YOUR OWN, you’re in charge of it!

I’ve actually gotten those automated DMs front accounts when I commented on their post even though I never used their chosen keyword in my comment. Do you know why that is and how I can avoid doing that to my commenters? Cause it’s annoying and makes me want to not follow them when they spam me with messages I didn’t ask for.

Beginnings can be stressful. I was working hard and wasn't really getting noticed. The thing is when you are small no one cares about you and you grow really slowly. Becoming influencer is just marketing and nothing else. No one cares about content. People will be only looking at the numbers. So what I did was to go to Fame- Ster webpage and got myself couple thousand of initial followers. After that my acc just exploded and started growing naturally.

Biggest problem for artists is that it's very difficult to reach the right target audience. As soon as you even say the word ART, you get other artists following, not collectors and curators. Do you have any advice on reaching such a difficult audience? I want to sell art to collectors and reach gallerists not other artists!
Hi, Maybe switching to a Professional acc- either Creator or Business, will do. But if you are a small business only selling art and maybe printing on demand, then chose the Creator acc.
Great video Elise. I have 2 questions: 1.: What would you recommend to revive an account I haven't been using in months? Delete everything and restart? And 2.: How can I share my reels and stories to my Facbook business profile (not the page!!!)?
