Sir, I’ve been a mechanic for over 40 years. I don’t do much of it any more because I thought being a doctor was cool. I like working on cars again and show my sons how to do things for themselves. I did this on my 2012 Sedona. The connection was in a different position and was easy to remove while the alternator was in position. It was really tightly wedged in place. After removing the mounting bolts, it was necessary to use two large pry bars to remove the alternator.
Awesome. Very precise and clear. I am about to do mine. I did the outer tie rod yesterday and now got to do the passenger side inner and outer. I did not know about the removal tool.
You are taking risks spraying on those connectors. I don't care if you say " I do this for 100 years and nothing ever happend" , these connectors aren't made to get pressure washed
My 2000 Nissan Maxima keeps losing rpm’s. Had the throttle body cleaned twice. It works for awhile okay but eventually the rpm’s goes below 1000, the 500 and eventually it stalls. Hope this is the answer
Yo before you removed your rocker arms did you have too set your pulley or piston at TDC before removal of rockers nobody mentions that part or just remove rocker arms and reinstall them the same way and torque them down 22ftlbs and you'll be fine that way with no damage to push rods ?
