Hey good for you guys. Minneapolis sent threatening letters that basically said we had to cut. I find out 2 years later, our 50ft tree, could have been saved. This ccost us so much more then a tree, because the city didn't take the time you guys did. Good for you.
Way to sell out your own officer and throw him under the bus to save your own skin. That's how a real leader leads big guy... oh btw, that woman has been arrested multiple times prior and multiple times after. Good luck getting officers to work under you. Their necks will be on a swivel waiting for the hammer to drop. With a police chief like that, who needs enemies.
Russell Maranto is seeking to seal the records on the corruptly won assault case. Make these pieces of shit internet famous so they can never serve again
In Washington State 2024: Only the lane immediately left of the bus must stop, and only when there is not a road division between it and the bus. This is because we don't have children cross anything more than a two-lane, undivided road. -Two lane, double yellow, road, both stop. -Two lane, 4x yellow or barrier, only occupied lane stops. -3+ lane, occupied and immediately left lane must stop. That last one confuses many drivers. More lanes stopping is ok, but sometimes people think they cane pass when they shouldn't.
Loveland citizens are charged for the street maintenance on their utility bill, this brings in over 3.5 Million dollars annually. Then the city charges a utility tax on top of that.
Transparency? How about the City tell the public how much revenue is lost from giving building fee and use tax waivers? How much in TIFs? This is money that never makes it to the General Fund.
1.) The City is not collecting the Golf Enterprise's property tax (PILTs), as a way of subsidizing a new golf clubhouse. 2.) Mr. Waldes' first estimated the revenue collected from taxing food for the home to be $4.9M; he increased that figure almost monthly to $13.9M. More recently, with the revenue figures coming in for Jan-July 2024, Waldes lowered that figure to $10.5M in August 2024. The actual figure could be more like $6-8M. In any case, the City is taking in more revenue into the General Fund in 2024 than in 2023. No need to reduce the library budget, etc. 3.) With population growth and inflation, the City's 3% sales tax has been bringing in a surplus every year. Having low taxation is healthy for a community. 4.) How can the City be short of money in the General Fund, if the 2024 TABOR refund is anticipated to be $14/person X 80,000 people ($1,120,000). Tax holidays is another way of returning TABOR excess revenue to the public when mailing a check is not practical. 5.) "Lowest price government"? The City is infamous for giving out huge subsidies to developers, which accelerates growth that doesn't pay for itself, leaving it to citizens to make up the difference in fees and taxes. City Council recently gave the big construction company Hensel-Phelps a gift of $1.5M for no reason, and at the same time, threatened to cut the library budge by that same amount. 6.) The City could get $5M to $7M (according to Waldes) in additional revenue if the full 3% city sales tax was collected from all merchants. The City only collects 1.75% city sales tax from Centerra merchants. In 2029, the City plans to start collecting the full 3%. Why wait when that law requires government to tax consumers equally?
I feel like I'd get along with this woman. She reminds me of my Aunt. Lol. A little Looney, but real. They should've left her alone! She was minding her own damn business.
Loveland has garnished quite a reputation and this feeble attempt to plea with your tax cattle for support isn't going to make anything better. Stop lying. That woman was not found in a roadway. The officers did not observe her violating any laws. They assaulted her, handcuffed her, kidnapped her, put her in a cage and then brought her to an industrial torture building. All she could do was spit. And those cops should both be charged with treason and felony deprivation of rights under the color of law. You're disgusting
This lady is hurting inside. Depression, she been through a lot. My best guess is, she used to have a good family and something happened.Add on...The officer did a good job on helping her, which he goes by the book.
"Angelia" was also the name of a song written, produced, and performed by Richard Marx in 1989. Maybe this Angelia was the one he was singing about! She would have been in her mid-twenties during the late eighties!😂😂🤣🤣
This section has always been sorta frustrating. I'm glad to see it getting work! I would love a follow up vid to show what it should look like once completed!
There is a lot of truth in what's she is saying, though the police are just sheep like the government.that police guy was well out of order can't believe that he would even think of hitting a woman in the first place, gosh I hope he's not married.
4:47 "The officers were verbally harassed by excessive profanity" oh yeah I guess that justifies a closed fist to the face then huh? You're a f'ing joke.
