I am not sure how the code resolved any performance at all? Actually the use case itself was changed when the code was tweaked, so the results are different which is not the business use case at all. The first code had LIKE statement but never had % appended to it, which is not a normal practice at all in the database world. While the example shows to introduce % for address, but then replaces other fields with = which means that now the search IL that was bringing records where city field were like "Millwalkie" or "Philadelphia" will not come as a result in your search.
Hey ppl, can you upload TDX sessions on Architecting a Well Architected Solutions recordings if it was recorded? I see a lot of admin and dev content but no architect content :) show some love for architects 😅
Great "Intro to Data Cloud" video that talks about what data cloud can do. Couldn't really gather anything about "Best Practices". Maybe this video must have been tagged incorrectly
I thought Adobe product managers moved to salesforce and then started planning for Flow as Flow is nothing but similar to Adobe Lifecycle BPM engine which was implemented in organizations like 20 years ago. Debugging style and the way drag and drop of components were all a copy of Adobe Lifecycle.
In FSC if we have real time streaming of product related data into Data cloud, Is it best practice to source product data from Data cloud for customer 360 view, essentially replacing real-time api calls
Seems like he deflected the question around if metadata is used to figure out what is PII data? I would expect it would use the metadata field classification. Among other things? 2:27
Brilliant - it's a great fit for many of our CMS style workflows - especially when many of the parties don't have a Salesforce license. We considered doing user registration for this - but the use case got priced out
I am shocked defer sharing calculations would be a surprise to anyone. This should be number 1 thought when dealing with LDV a making any changes to mechanisms related to sharing or loading data.

Great video on Data Cloud with Multi Org connector versus middleware but compliance what data gets accessed and which user gets the accessibility is also very important factor that needs to be considered while solutioning but again it depends on the requirements.
Hi, can you please share any of the sample custom logic or soql query in order to find the child implicit cases or contacts using accountshare to get the result count after enabling faster account sharing calculation
Amazing insights !! Would love to hear more on restriction rules, and thoughts around why it is not enabled for Accounts, and what are the plans on that !
Great feedback, thank you! You can reach out to the PM for this feature here: ideas.salesforce.com/s/idea/a0B8W00000GdoxSUAR/restriction-rules-for-account-standard-object
One query please, is it a PUSH or PULL based model? If it is PUSH based then the diagram is wrong and if it is a PULL based model then will a single PULL generate a stream of events?
The video on module architecture and composability principles was incredibly helpful. The New York City scale was particularly cool, and I appreciate the practical approach of using external illustrations in your teachings. It not only aids immediate understanding but also provides a long-term perspective to thoroughly grasp the conveyed concepts. Once again, fantastic job. Thanks a lot for sharing this valuable content.
I really appreciate it, and I find it highly valuable. This example is excellent. I'm planning to visit Chicago to see the artwork and truly internalize this lesson about creating architecture that is both useful and rewarding for users. Ensuring that what we build serves a greater purpose is crucial. Fantastic work, as always! Thanks a ton for crafting this content.
