I did not know about protein cookies. I’m eating a bake city Hawaii cookie plus protein macadamia white chocolate coconut and it smells really bad as I opened it but I tried it anyway. No cookie taste, no flavours described, just really bad and a bought it a a convenience store so it was cheap. 😐
Uhhh ... Swimming or working out in water would be more effecting and still low impact. This is like being thrown on top of a fridge and saying you jumped up there haha. This is just fun.

I'm a reseller got these at a bin store for 7 bucks was going to sell them until I tried them out they sound great im a beats guy but they are definitely worth the 100$ I just got lucky

You're putting your muscles on less work, that means you're not really carrying your own bodyweight. Lesser muscle work means lesser energy spent = lesser breathing, cardio, strength, hypertrophy etc whatever you're planning on doing about. YOU'RE just epending 60-80% less energy by bouncing around aided by momentum and rubber. You could've burned 300 calories by doing that exercise in 30 minutes but no you're only burning 100 calories in 30 minutes.
I was blown away by these when a friend showed them to me at the gym. The first thing you notice is the beautiful pearl white color. They are extremely lightweight and MY GOD the sound in unreal. I couldn’t believe how loud it got without any distortion.
