Good Morning Swamiji. My daughter Molly studied with you for a bit and passed on your talk about death. I just subscribed to your channel. Can you guide to a daily spiritual practice? Thank you and hoping this message gets to you. ❤️🤩
there was once a a disciple and he asked his Guru, what is Grace ?and the guru said, you see ,grace is not something we can understand with the mind, but Grace has the properties of a river, in that it flows from the Mountaintop to the valley in the same way. Grace flows from the Mountaintop of the ego to the valley of humility ,it can never reach the the ego.it'll never come to the Mountaintop it will always go to the valley in the same way. the ego likes to be on top looking down crushing suppressing others but loves to rise people up right, you don't fall in love you rise in love and the amazing thing about God the amazing thing about love is that if you take one step towards it. it takes 10 steps towards you, so when you understand that that Divine being is in the hearts of all and you help others to be successful that same love will reciprocate 10 times back to you if you give a little bit you will get a lot and so always try and help others be successful and that will change your entire life .
Thanks so much Swami. Your podcasts and videos have inspired me a lot from the first episode and arrived in the right moment into my life. They motivated me to start my meditation practice again after a year or more of not practicing. They also introduced me to Hinduism and the Vedas (till then I was only into Buddhism, now I take inspiration from both traditions) I understand that you don't eat meat. Do you eat eggs or milk? I'm curious, because I'm an ethical vegan and so far the only vegan monk I know of is Thích Nhat Hanh. Also, can you please make a video/podcast about how to cope with suffering around us? I'm happy in my life. But I see so much suffering around me. So many children, animals, innocent beings that suffer. I don't find any consolation in the law of karma. A child suffering, a mother cow having their baby stolen, a old man suffering a painful death... They are so terrible... My dear cat friend Pangur disappeared two weeks ago. Maybe he was hit by a car or killed by a fox. Why so much pain? Was Pangur a bad person in another life? So what? He was sweet and loving in this one. I find it hard to accept. Can you talk about it, please? Oh, also, are you Advaita or Dvaita? I'm quite curious. Thanks!
What I needed, Thaks so much Swami. Please keep talking about fear🙏 you motivated me. I think that is what is kepting us now a days, from becoming what we truly come to be in this earth.
