I have a 2017 VAuxhall Mokka and during summer time and on a long journey, the radio station including sound would go off displaying only the station number, then the display turns black and after about 15 to 30 seconds, everything comes back to normal. If the weather temperature is quite hot, it would do the same thing after a couple of minutes. I wonder what is the problem. It's not the display for sure.
I have a similar issue, just that everytime I turn on the car the screen starts blinking. Blinks for a couple of minutes and then stops. But you still can see some some vertical static lines on the screen. touch works fine though. From time to time the screen goes completely black, but then it works with blinking again. took the car to the Opel garage and they said that the whole unit needs to be changed. Probabbly will buy a refurbished one and try to install it myself as the labour here in UK costs over £200 for this.
I had the same problem, audio was working but no video. To fix it I only turn off the car locked the car and next time I turn on the car, the screen was working again
Dark mode= to get image back, switch off car remove key, then insert key again turn to first click, you should hear a peep! Now vauxhall symbol should appear, then all info. Good luck.
Same problem here... It started randomly, 100 km it was working then 20 km not. I also informed about the issue the assistance but every time I brought the car there it was working 😢 Now it decided to don't work anymore (~6 months).

Did the touch on the screen work? I am experiencing the same issue. All the sudden the screen is black. The radio is on and I can change stations through the screen but for some reason it's black.
Yes, If I touch the bottom side of the screen, I was able to change the radio station, so it means the touchscreen was working. So the issue is, the software is working, so you can change the applications, radio, GPS, etc, but you cannot see nothing. My issue was with the LCD display (behind the touchscreen) and I replaced it with this one www.aliexpress.com/item/32730558991.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2eb6b90aDYvrs2 Now it is working fine.
