I've had mixed results with the small-bottle masking fluid with applicator. While I've had success with the larger bottles, this particular product has been less effective. It seems to adhere too strongly to the watercolor paper and doesn't dry completely, leaving a sticky residue. There may be some quality inconsistencies in the mass production of this product.
this person Hazel Sloan.. i think she draws for the benefit of the rest of us.. the way she draws, seems like she's already seeing it clearly in her mind... She's one of the GOATs .

I was very excited to try this product but so far am having some difficult. I had hoped the brush would rinse well in water so I can use the same brush with different colours, but it doesn't. Is the solution to use even more medium W?
Many thanks for this video, so very helpful. I have just finished an oil painting on box canvas. I have quite a bit of unwanted area and I want to remove it from the stretcher and stick it to MDF board. Do you prime the MDF? Also what glue do you use to stick the canvas onto the MDF? I have heard that you should use an ACID FREE PVA (do you have a make you could recommend?. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share this.
This is so inspiring but at first it’s difficult to believe it can be achieved to look same as the end picture. Maybe I don’t have the patience to try this one. I think I want to attend some art classes to have a one to one help. I love painting and sometimes do ok pictures… I love the creative process. You’re so good. Thank you for sharing. :)
