Hello everyone. I got three spotlight keys. i am torn between trying to get Hope Summers or use my keys in the upcoming week for Marvel Boy and Red-Hulk. I also do not have Nico in my collection. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Should i spend my keys for Red Hulk, cannonball, Jeff and iron land? I dont have them and i see them in a lot of meta decks :(

i kinda like how we can get new cards with a little grind glad i can save me keys for this week and spend them on something better

I love the idea of using the Acid & Grapple arrow to enable Galactus plays. I also think Wiccan in Arishem is going to be busted.

I think i see hope with angela the most

I’m so happy for a week like this. It lets people take a break to save their tokens and helps newer players catch up. I wish they did this every couple of months

Nope they changed it, put Cassandra Nova in there instead of Nico.

I just need Proxima and she doesn’t seem as meta relevant as she was when she came out (according to alex coccias weekly meta reports) so I’m probably skipping. But should i get Cull Obsidian? Thanos has fallen off but do u think he is a must have in Thanos decks still? I got Copycat surprisingly in 1 key but id hate to spend 3 keys to get Cull. I also need Red Hulk the week after. I currently have 4 keys. What would be the best thing to do here?

What a dead month

I appreciate a week without cards. Too hard to keep up. I didn't like Deadpool's Diner until I got the hang of it and realised I needed to be patient and let the magic of exponential growth do it's thing.

Hope is must have imo and she goes in much more & better decks than only surfer, a lot of the Kitty, Thena deck’s, even in Shuri or High-Evo she fits in, depending on your CL you will always find a deck and get value out if her

I think Kate looks fine but I’m actually a little disappointed on Kate, cause the ability to add cards to your hand is pretty… normal. I’m expect to have more unique design. For Marvel Boy, I feel that he might be the best card this season. And I think the best way to utilize him is taking Squirrel Girl + Marvel Boy as a simple package and put it into any decks other than Zoo. Put Marvel Boy in only Zoo deck is a trap. Wiccan looks like a joke after Arishem. Speed is not a bad card tbh, but just boring. Hulking looks weird for me, cause if you’re going to put a 6-cost card into your deck, it usually means that you want that specific card ability, so I’m agree with Glazer that Hulking might be a card that has no home for him.

Finally a week where I can save keys 👍🏻

I like having one week where there are no new cards and was never a fan when they changed the system from having one week without a new card to a new one every week. However, I am not the biggest fan of putting a card behind a grind. It is already grind enough for me at the start of every season to get to Infinite and having another grind to get a new card just burns me out. I am definitely on the more casual side, so the grind does take its toll.

I am going for hope this week if I get don't get hope and get proxima I won't be mad.

I'm fairly new to the game, so i'm pulling because i don't have any, but if i get Nico and Hope first, i might hold onto the 2 other keys

I can't emphasize enough for new players to roll for Hope and Nico at least. They are two of the best cards in the game.

Deadpools diner is great! It would still be good even if there wasn’t a card waiting behind it The extra rewards we get for playing can help a lot.

Wiccan is not flexible at all but will be fun being able to plan out a deck that takes advantage of 8 energy turn 5 or 9 on turn 6 (playing a Hope Summers lane).

Deadpool's Diner was a crappy game mode with good prizes. I did not like having to spend so much time on the grind.

I like the Diner for the fact that SD is trying new things and, overall, I think it's a win. What's frustrating, though, is that everyone seems to be playing the same Arishem deck which is boring AF....lol. Thanks for the video and love the SnapCon segment at the end!

im conflicted with the spotlights coming up, i missing hope and proxima, but i dont really care for proxima, on the other hand i care about marvel boy and i already have blob and red hulk, so im tempted to just use keys this week, hope..i get hope and just get marvel with tokens, but that also cripple me in tokens when im missing so many good ones like white widow and nocturne.

Agree about the Diner and resource usage. It feels like your recommendation is in tension with yourself in this video. You say Nico is niche, but then you say she's very flexible and fits into a lot of decks. She feels like a general purpose utility card to me that slots into quite a few decks because her effects are generally powerful though inconsistent.
