Thats not how specificty works, otherwise only doing your sport would make you the best athelete. There are speicific adaptations that make you better at jumping that you cannot develop optimally through jumping alone
Sir for plyos. Is it better to do reactive style like doing some pulses or exntesive to intensive in one rep. Or is it better to just explode rep by rep.

Hey man I got a quick question. I am 14 at 5ft10 and I getting a few fingers on the backboard (10ft rim) I have done 0 training whatsoever how long til I dunk as i do the workouts I watch you do?

Get it checked out. That’s what happened to me. You don’t want it to get any worse. Also probably stop doing plyometrics since if it hurts it will probably get worse.
