A lot is shown and yet you didn't see anything because it was shown too quickly and without explanation. Instead, there is an annoying background noise that makes it better to turn off the sound immediately!!! 😡👎👎👎
Do not expect any guarantee or customer service from main office Switzerland. My luminox broke down with a broken gear after 4 months. I have to pay 175 dollars to get that fixed!! It is 4 months old! Do not expect any answer on your email requests, because they will ignore you and do not answer. It has been very disappointing.
I've had this watch three years worn in an office environment. It stopped working so I sent it in through the warranty service. Come to find out there is only a two year warranty on these watches. The repair guys quoted me about $225 for a complete movement rebuild. The repair guys have been awesome, not Luminox. Again this was worn in an office environment. If your looking for a rugged watch I would carefully decide on which brand to choose.
Love my 3580 chronograph (blue face) but these pieces do have their flaws. For one, avoid the "blackout" model, the subdials are impossible to see. Second, the second hand tends to stop a few seconds shy of 12 o clock whenever reset. Third, not sure how it happens, but they tend to lightly fog under the lens in certain types of weather.
This is the same technology used in night sights for firearms and it does not last 25 years. I have had more than one set from different makers and they might last 10 years but are nearly useless at the end of their lifecycle. Still, they are slightly better than nothing. I think I will just stick to pressing a button for light.
What Seal is actually going be able to afford one of these 😂 and besides they use dive computers that do all their calcs and dive tables for them anyway. The dive watch is dead😂😂
They aren't that expensive for one, it would be pretty pathetic if an elite military operator couldn't afford one. Most importantly, dive watches aren't dead at all, the target consumer will likely never use it deeper than running shower water and the occasional dip in the pool, regardless they have a very healthy market.
Luminox should expect a lawsuit for theirc25 year claim. I have 3 watches and all the tubes died within 6 to 9 years. Do not waste your money on them. I'd love to jump on a lawsuit bandwagon for defective tubes and false claims
Agreed 👍🏻 my lume is straight ass on my luminox 8401 black ops it’s gone unless I hit it with uav flashlight then it lights up the second I take it away it fades away
Wish the Luminox designers and engineers would’ve had the new metal back case with Navy SEALs logo ⚓️ actually be centered, once screwed in from the factory.
The new 3001 EVO ⌚️ metal case back logo ⚓️ needs to be centered ⏱️, major oversight! Looks cheap cockeyed 🧭. Needed upgrade to sapphire crystal glass!
It has Tritium tubes, a radioactive element that is visible in low light conditions. Do note that Tritium’s emitted energy isn’t powerful enough to penetrate the skin, so it is safe to wear.
Bullshit brand. Noted for leaking in the shower no less. A supply officer at a SEAL Team ordered one of these watches ONCE. That is it, one watch, one time. The company started calling itself THE supplier of Navy SEAL Watches. Don't waste your money. Probably all chinese parts assembled IN china.
