I don't care what anyone has to say... EtH was the right manager at the right time. Name a more tumultuous football season across any European League club. I'll wait. Kept us in the top-half of the table majority of the season and in 6th place for 17th weeks. Injury after injury. Defensive combinations after defensive combinations, all the wall getting heat from pundits, media, fake fans, and opposition. Little to no support from SJR and INEOS and still managed to get us into another FA Cup Finals. The man deserves to be recognized for keeping United alive this season. EtH IN....
United are the worst at pressing as a team, attacking spaces in possession, transition from defence to attack - vice versa, no technical ability, fitness, can't anticipate a pass and can't read the game. We need players with football IQ. I'm glad the season is over.
Watching Brighton, they look like a team that is coached well, one touch football, playing in triangles, players moving into space for the pass and players (in possession) knowing where their players are gonna be and they dominated us in the first half and we had to make 2 goal line clearances, but they lack quality of top class players to finish teams off. Watching United, the players are all over the place, they always stop and look for who is around them, they don't play one touch or know where their runners are going to be, and its like they are just freestyling it and working it out as they go along. These United players need better coaching. We are just lucky that we have better players who can do something special sometimes
