My name is Nick Yepremian. I am the owner and Pit Master of Destination Smokehouse in Hemet,CA. I started cooking BBQ in 2020 with Pit Master Walter Johnson. We have been operating a restaurant that sells 500 brisket a month and thousands of pounds of ribs, oxtail, turkey, pastrami, pork belly, burgers and more every month.
