Come see my Samurai and learn to do what I've done so the fun will never stop short. No need carburetor on a Samurai, use EFI 1.6L 8v motor and sidekick tranny with dual case and low gear reduction you will feel the different when off-roading. The video here seems too much struggle on the trail. Come see what I have on my Samurai, just trying to help.
Haha, take a look at the front passenger wheel/axle shaft when it’s trying to climb, it’s not spinning I had a broken hub. I have a 1.6l 8v swap. But yeah happy to meet up and wheel. You’re in Northern California?
I had to go look into ur old vids to see what axles u have. In my opinion i would of went toyota axles. The amount of money u spend trying to get a D44 as strong as a 1ton is crazy but it will never be as strong. Toyota axles are a bit cheaper works well under samurais and is a bit cheaper to mod and wen done right is stronger than a D44. Aloha braddah nice build tho thats for sure most samis i see are usually on stock axles toyota axles or full 1ton builds so for someone that kept it it old sku still dope
Thanks man, I’m actually in it pretty cheap in my opinion but there’s been a lot of questions about the Dana 44’s maybe I’ll do another video giving a deeper dive.
@@_autovictory all I’m saying is I did all the same stuff and it kept coming back until I realized it was the stupid fan shroud rubbing on the bottom pulley 🤷🏻♂️🤣
I tried a bunch of stuff and ended up washing them in the sink and they haven’t squeezed since, little dove dish soap and warm water. Then hung em to dry
