So which trilogy do we make into a MechWarrior movie? The Warrior series with Justin Xiang and the 4th Succession War? Or The Kerensky Trilogy and Victor Steiner?
Mech 4's opening cutscene is why the Vulture (and yes it's a vulture you clanner scum only, winners get to name things) is and always will be, the absolute best big stompy robot of all time.
@@Truth12345 There are now 3 versions of MW Mercenaries. 1st was from Activision back in the 80's, 2nd from Microsoft at the turn of the century and a few years back Piranha Games launched the latest version.
I never like how they percieved the whole one shot kill fest...... no mech dies in one hit unless its a headshot over 48 damage.. aka, mechs fins you killed the pilot
So i just gotta say this. The armor on these mechs is fucking flimsy. 3 missiles kill a mech? In what universe could that happen? Hell he should habe been able to eat a few more rounds before his armor broke.
I first saw the MechWarrior 4 cinematic on my grandma’s computer when I was 12 and I fell in love instantly. I have been a fan of Battletech ever since.
I"m so sad that these types of video game cinematics weren't big budget theater movies. I guess the visuals weren't good enough for cinemas and making them look better would have cost a fortune. Still it would have been nice to see something like this.
This is so awesome!!! I got into mechwarrior games with MW2 and then MW2 mercs. 4 was the only one missed. I loved how you took the cut scenes and made as cohesive a story as possible considering all the sources had different stories and cinematic styles. GREAT job!!!
Thank you. Was just for the fun of it, as a hommage to a very fun imaginary universe we would all love to see come to life on the big screen one day. So here's to hoping...
Its odd how davion / Stainer are fielding a absurd amount of Clan/Lostech for that timeline. I remember when this game came out and kinda hating it. Felt like they dumbed down the mech customization tried to turn it into a FPS shooter. Multiplayer almost always boiled down to everyone just stacking PPC's and sniping.
That's why I never care about PvP in any game; it's either pay to win or the one built and/or playstyle that rules them all; if not both. It makes a game quickly bland and boring to me.
Thank you. 23:00 it's the old trailer for Mechwarrior Online. Then a fusion of the two intros of Mechwarrior 3 and the final cinematics of the original Mechwarrior Mercenaries and Mechwarrior 2
My favorite weapons in all of Mechwarrior are as follows: 1) Clan ER PPC. 2) LB20X. 3) AC20. 4) Clan "Streak" SRM (deadly accurate and outstanding for a close in slugfest against another mech) 5) Clan medium guass rifle
