This makes no sense, if the skin is shedding 5x faster why is it pilled up ? Skin shedding is literally when skin cells get detached from stratum corneum.
I just came across your video im signing up for esthetician program but im a little doubtful about going. Im not sure how ill do in the program and im not sure if there are any men in the skin care. Plus im about to start studying to get my license as a massage therapist
@@mikeanderson9613 the only way to know is to try :) my best friend is a guy and does very well in skincare! That would be great to have dual licenses!
Hey Tess, love you videos! I’d love a video in which you discuss skin purging. Do you think skin purging is a legitimate step in skin clearing up, is it straight up irritation and an indicator to stop doing what we are doing, where do you land on this topic?
Thank you so much for this video! I just got my license and graduated esthetician school about 6 months ago. Our program was only 6 months long and there was so much information and not enough time. I have been so lost on where to go for more help and understanding of skincare and focused on just passing my exams, that I just put esthetics off a little bit, honestly. So, I'm working on just beginning and practicing the basics, for now, and working on educating myself and learning further. So, again, thank you for this video! It definitely gave me some ideas and direction on where to go and what to do next
I do not think it’s a good idea. Doctors often don’t talk about all of the side effects, but at least it’s taken more seriously being a prescription. :(
Oh I loved this video so much!! It was truly so informative and helpful as I am at the beginning of my skincare career after being in the SPMU, aesthetics business for a couple of years and just really starting to follow my passions and leaving more corporate type jobs behind as I have entered my 30’s and have 3 children. I just really didn’t know where was the best place to start for quality training or influential people who have created good courses within the industry. You’ve named quite a few here and I’m instantly going to check them out. Can’t wait to see more of your content too. Thanks girl ❤️ xoxo
My issue is lack of hydration = fine lines … optometrist approved, I’m impressed ❤ I’d love to see a tinted eye cream , like a colour correction and skincare combined
Hey Tessa! What type of acne ingredients do you like to use? Are your clients using a combination of actives at a time or are they slowly introducing them into their routines as their skin gets stronger? One Esty to another ❤
@@TheDreamymy I believe most people can handle retinol when it’s done right. No laser or treatment will be a longterm solution which is why we need homecare
Hi Tess, I personally love the vlog style videos. I want to see all the things, lifestyle, food, skincare, workouts etc. I do think the sit down, direct videos have a place too but I love vlogs.
Is the beauty industry run by “younger” people. Were there times your manager was younger than you and did it create conflict? I’m 27 starting in October with a business degree and were challenged with male authority. Women are fine. If she’s younger does that cause issues?
Hi, I am a licensed Cosmetologist looking to make the leap into the spa atmosphere. I want more education before entering that atmosphere however I don't want to go all the way back to esthetician school. Any advice? I will definitely be taking a couple of these courses.
I absolutely love this video.. I just started IF again.. but struggled to find good gf df ideas (I'm allergic wahh) and most people in their wieiad videos are loaded with dairy and gluten and you gave me such inspiration!!
Benzyl peroxide cleanser - Pan Oxyl Differ gel retinoid Sulfur acne treatment 2% BHA LIQUID EXFOLIANT WITH SALICYLIC ACID And pimple patches when you see the puss coming to the surface put it on it and them things will pull it out!!
Hi Tess, thank you for sharing this, your content is so helpful (I'm also loving Un-Dew, my first product from FSBT, it's fabulous)! I was wondering if you have any acne-safe recommendations for a self-tanner for the face? I use Tan Luxe too but just Colorescience face shield bronze most days bc I'd rather be pale than get breakouts😅
Can you please do a video on pricing? I’m curious as to the structure like does the client pay per follow up or is that all included in the upfront cost?
