My god this was frustrating to watch and LISTEN: Audio was too scrapey - making it really difficult with sensory overload profiles to sit through. No instructions whatsoever, no ingredients. Honesly, what's the point of watching this?!

meh 6-8 cups of cucs 6 cups sugar (can be less - I've done 3-4) 2 tbsp citric acid/lemon 4 tbsp pectin. I've added herbs, etc to this before. abt 8-9 8 oz jelly jars. boil the cucs, sugar citric until a rolling boil - this is a boil you can't stir away. move off heat, stir in pectin, put back on bring to rolling boil again ( takes a min) - remove, start filling your STERILE jars. if canning - pls read how to water bath can first before any of this.
