I feel like when these black know it all talk show hosts flap their gums, everyone loses at least 20 iq points. You know what they say, misery loves company.
He’s been like this for the last 4 years. You all just to brainwashed by orange man bad and the media covering for Jo. Joe gave the eulogy for the grand wizard of the kkk. Jo called yall super predators. Said you would turn our schools into racial jungles. Said if you don’t vote for him you’re not black. Show me one racist thing Trump has EVER done. I’ll wait
Biden still has competent people in his cabinet running things. 40 of Trump's former cabinet members do not support his reelection. A vote for anyone but Biden is a vote for Trump.
But we’ll still vote for Joe Biden, even though he has no intention to address the housing crisis or the exorbitant price of eggs and milk. Stuck on stupid.
It’s not just that. These big companies like Black rock and Vanguard are buying all these single family residents and renting them out. Apparently at the rate they’re buying them in 10 years they will own 60% of all new homes and they will literally dictate housing prices. People need to wake TF up
You don't really understand how bad the problem is until you look at the calculations of average income verses.... So as an example, the typical down payment for a home in the 70s. Was about $10,000? Which was about half a year's income for the average household....... Now the average Down payment is equal to almost two and a half years income for the average household. So you have to work 5 times as long to get into an equivalent house. Yeah, people that aren't close to buying anything are probably never going to be able to.
Exactly! It's outrageous when you look at the breakdown. High property values, limited inventory and the influx of wealthy buyers all add to the cost of home ownership.
