Much more sensibly priced compared with the newer Mafell version which is 4 times the price. Thanks for explaining what LF means. That Metabo looks like a Starmix iPulse by anothe name.
The Heat Gun you are showing is "METABO HE 23-650 CONTROL" and not the "HGE 23 - 650 LCD" which is featured in the name of the video and on the box. when seeing both types on your table i hoped you will explain about the difference between these specific two models. which one is the Newer Release and which improvements had been implemented in the newer model. strangely not even Metabo catalog refers to both Heat Gun types. and the product comparison is rather a stub showing almost identical specs. main difference listed in the bundled box type. the one in your video comes with a non metabox plastic box of it's own and 3 accesories, while the HGE model comes with Metabox 145. price difference where i am is that the HGE model is around 25$ more expensive. as far as i know both are manufactured in Romania.
I bought a 300bl model, made in China , thing started having problems after 5 minutes of use and completly died that same day i bought it. Battery to tool connection is loose. All my batteries are fine and they work without any issues with my other tools except that one. What a shame, where is your quality control.
Does the lower wheel ever need to be adjusted? Is it possible to adjust the lower wheel in this model? The owner's manual does not mention the lower wheel.
How do i fix the clamp? When i try to clamp something down, it skips and loosens. It has to do with the red button on the front. It seems not strong enough.
At 5:11 (bevelled cut 45 degrees), the video does not show cutting through the piece of wood, why? Earlier in the video you state the maximum depth of a bevelled cut is 36mm at 45 degrees. That piece of wood looks like it is thicker than 36mm. I want to know what info is wrong? The mentioned 36mm cutting depth or the video at 5:11 that gives the impression that the cutting depth is bigger than that?
The little red tension indicator turns with the tensioning knob and sometimes then gets stuck against the wheel as it turns. What can I do to keep the indicator in its place?
I planned on buying pne of these, but im confused about the cutting depths. Its said in the video that when you cut at an 45° angle the max cutting depth is reduced to 36mm, just as it says on the products description. Then after, its shown cutting a 45mm all the way through? Please explain.
Honestly this is really a pointless video. There are issues with the blade guide mechanism that are not mentioned here or anywhere else that I could find
