So, on the whole product is ok for me, but the back is far too bulky. Sleeping on my side is fine but when I move onto my back there is a huge lump. Also I would like to see how to remove the control unit for washing?
Hi there! It's on the inside of the band, on the back of the control unit. You will see a small fabric opening where you can plug in the charger. If you need any further assistance please feel free to email contact@snoozeband.co.uk
Just bought one and have been trying it out There's a very basic flaw which becomes apparent straight away, when you wear it there is no pressure onto your ears from the speakers so the sound is very tinny, if you press your finger lightly onto the speaker you then hear bass and it sounds pleasant but even lying down on one side you can slight bass in that ear that you're lying on but nothing in the other ear. I know they're not headphones but trying to listen to quiet relaxing music without bass is just horrible, the tinny sound just grates on you. I'll play around with them and see if I can make them sound better (ideally something like an aliceband over your head to slightly press in the speakers would work) Might be looking at sending these back for a refund though which would be a shame Also they don't fit perfectly by the nose/under the eyes so they don't block out all the light... which also is a bit annoying..😕
Odd - I haven't got this particular version, mine is the Snoozeband 2.0, but I found the sound quality to be very good. I paid a lot of money for speakers in my motorcycle helmet comms system which are similar in size to the Snooseband 2.0 speakers - and frankly the Snoozeband speakers at around £40 are just as good as the speakers I paid four times that for in my comms system.
Hi Helen, This is a product demo as we are showing our customers how the Deluxe band work with the velcro strap, how to access the headphones and how to charge the Snoozeband 😊
Hi Helen! Did you maybe enable the auto-switch off timer? Please feel free to get in touch with customer services at contact@snoozeband.co.uk so we can help you out :)
Is this version or the pro 2.0 do better for blackout? Also the deluxe looks more comfortable for a sidesleeper than the pro…is this the case? I wear a sleep apnea mask unfortunately and am a side sleeper so I’m so worried and want to make the right decision. Also I’m buying all the way from Australia!
Hi Marty! Thanks for ordering a Snoozeband :) There's a small fabric opening located under the control box. You can plug the cable in there and let it charge for 1-2 hours. Hope this helps! If you have any more questions please get back in touch at contact@snoozeband.co.uk
