It is so cool to remember times when fakes were fakes and shoes were fire. Sb dying 6 years ago, one year ago they were going crazy and now they are really dead. I remember having my first pair of sb dunk low (used for skating) in 2019 and I remember my high school colleagues saying that they look ugly. I loved those shoes even thought they were horrible for my feet and people didn’t like them.
Do you prefer that leather cleaner versus Mink Oil?? Also do I have to worry about bleeding colors when applying leather conditioner? For instance I want to do my white toe box on my April SB Dunks. Do you think the blue from the dye might color bleed on the white leather if I condition? Or bleeding if putting White laces back on to a colored shoe?
I still have my original 1988 white “cement 3” from high school (which we just called “88’s” back then). I’ve never bought any retro or reimagine or whatever because they aren’t the same. For some reason, the elephant print around the two is way too thick or too high.
They literally slimmed that down over the years starting with the 22 fire reds. May not be EXACTLY like the OG’s but it’s clearly evident theyve been doing that. This comment would made more sense in like 2013
These shoes didn't receive that much praise for some reason, I definitely think that these are a must cop, and I'm glad you were able to do a review for us
So did all the Jordan 1s for 85 come with that canvas type tongue cause I noticed on the high 85 metallic burgundy that just released they went with that canvas style tongue for the first time and I was wondering if all the original metallics and chicagos from 1985 came with that tongue or the nylon tongue
