How much is a 2 bedroom roughly?

How long does it take from requesting dual electric meter from SDGE until the work is finished? I have a 150A but city is asking for 2 meters so I submitted the request 6 weeks ago. But our construction is almost done and now I am afraid we cannot rent the ADU until sdge gives us the meter?

Do you work at all in national city?
