I have the same issue, apparently in some cars a specific set of tires of suspension can cause the game to not be able to calculate the performance points of ur car. Try to change the tires, the suspension or both and you should be able to use it. I think it happens because of the physics change in the update 1.49, it messed up the game's performance points simulation.
@@GreatUnknkown oh I just don't know what a "glitched PP" means --- I was guessing maybe it was a negative value, because I've never seen a glitched PP
@@youtubeappreciator It's when your PP shows a Triangle with a ! inside of it instead of a normal value. This means the car has been tuned too powerful for the game to handle. You wont be able to use that car in any events. I think it will only be usable in time trails. - Value PP is affectively what the glitched PP is. BHP (Brake Horsepower) has a bit of an involvement in it as tunning can change the BHP and the PP. I think the same thing can happen in GTS (Gran Turismo Sport) but I don't know as my 3rd Gran Turismo game is GT7 and the others being GT4 and TT. You might be able to find more info on the matter by searching it up on YT. I might also make a video explaining what it is if I find info on it myself and if I have the time.
