Pity you do not show what it does with regards to flight arrivals so that whoever is picking someone up knows about any delays, which gate they arrived at, when de-boarding started, how long it is estimated to pass thru passport control and baggage reclaim.
Absolutely horrible bunch of staffs that i had to look up how to go through this hell before my flight tomorrow. My parents do not speak English and we got separated in the long ass queue because no one is bothered to do anything about the strikes. Obviously they had a bit of difficulty understanding what they have to do at the security as the system keeps changing every time we fucking visit (for example, last time we had to take our laptops out for inspection, and then we didn't have to, and now we have to. Stick with a goddamn measure you fucking fiddlesticks.) Staffs made fun of my mother because she accidentally walked through the scan with a purse, mocking the way she was walking. And she was a hijabi, who is also a minority like us, so why in God's name would she ever have the nerve to do something like that? The staffs should also be responsible to tell my mother to take off her goddamn purse and NOT go and "Awww" over a fucking baby in a stroller, Sharon, your job description is to be a fucking security guard and giving out instructions and guiding the process, not having a baby fever when there's already a shortage of staffs. Constant screaming and rudeness, horrible service that is inconsistent and absolutely disgusting. Staffs here have a power trip. They know that we can't respond against them because they can just forcefully remove you from the airport and cause you to miss a flight which is way more inconvenient despite you 100% being able to win a lawsuit. This is absolutely disgusting. In no way should your staffs, who consists of minorities as well, be able to make such inconsiderate remarks. A passenger is also a customer if you have forgotten. We are not prisoners and the staffs are no prison wardens. We are a human being and there is absolutely no need for power tripping or racist remarks. We are visitors, helping the already tumbling UK economy. Someone needs to take it seriously. Have a supervisor to overlook the security/scanning process who actually cares about customer service, we ARE customers you goddamn wankers, and there are British people who pay taxes and needs to be respected for that as well. You do not have to scream "Can you not understand english? My god, put the purse down!" Or some shit, you need to be respectful and communicate properly. And yes, something similar was said to my mother who DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. You fucking cunts. "But... if we're nice to everyone, it'll be slow" SHUT THE FUCK UP. You can be patient with people with disabilities even though they make the queue slower (which is fair as they need aid), same with pregnant mothers and families with children. It will not cause an economic recession to give people, whether British or not, the same level of dignity and respect that everyone should gave. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour coming from this airport and you need to fucking change it. And besides, if you argue that being respectful and communicative with your customers wastes too much time, open up more lanes that I see your workers eating Burger King on then you fucking dimwits. Why the fuck are they there when no one's gonna use it? Take care of your goddamn staffs so they don't fucking dump their stress onto us and make going through the security like going through purgatory.
Lufthansa flights are rarely ontime from Birminham that is an entirely different issue. The queues that form every morning is entirely the fault of Birmingham airport,, airport that face the same security screening as other airports. Blaming passengers for being confused is so childish. Many of these passengers have made journeys (and paid extortioate car parking) the evening before to drop their checked luggage. The airport is alsp making a fortune with its lottery of selling fast track tickets. I am sure that the vast majority of passengers would do whatever it takes to ensure they catch their flights. The manager of Birmingham airport should resign and the facility needs to be managed correctly instead of blaming its customers that it is fleecing as well as stressing. Charge for dropping passengers, charge for trolleys, its a farce and worse its an international farce, this is whow Birmingham is representing the United Kingdom to its foreign customers. Worse than a third world countries airport.
I get it that LHR is extremely busy, and I personally hate using it. Landing can take a while... last flight I took (LAX - LHR), the plane circled 4 or 5 times before going the finally approach.
