I am a 29-year-old SMALL town Christian girl from Illinois. I am a hairstylist by trade and even have an applied science degree in the field. I've worked as an educator for Redken 5th Ave where I traveled the nation to facilitate hair color and styling trainings to fellow professionals. I have been doing hair for over 10 years, yikes!
I am also a wife and mother. I have an AMAZING husband and two sons. An 11-year-old boy, Jackson and a toddler, Preston! We are expecting a GIRL this fall! We also have one in heaven and I have shared our journey with that, as well as my story of gestational trophoblastic disease (cancer from pregnancy, basically. Who knew that was even a thing.)
My channel focuses on parenting, daily vlogs, cloth diapering, breastfeeding, cooking, cleaning, and some of my first love..hair! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you subscribe to us!

Woah they started me on pitocin and immediately my water broke. And within the first hour I was on my knees puking my guts out the highest dose I got was 6 and they had to take me down to a 4 because my contractions were so strong. It is crazy to see how different peoples bodies react to the same medication 😮
I cannot believe you were so calm almost maxxed out on pitocin! I was *screaming* and *writhing* in pain on the very first level. But my baby came within 45 minutes, I don't think they even had time to up the dosage. My body was just like, "it's go time" and ramped it up to 10,000 immediately lol.
Know I understand why the bottom of my hair held on to the toner too long and I have dark blonde🥹and light blonde on top, so I washed and soaked with a clarifying shampoo and then dandruff shampoo and hopefully I can wash out this dingy blonde 👱♀️ my light blonde is pure gold perfection but I have un intended low lights of dark blonde😞😞
So helpful I’ve had a MMC and had a d and c 12 days ago. Day 1 of d and c I reset my clear blue digital ovulation monitor on day 6 I started ovulation testing with the sticks day 6, 7 and 8 was low as expected then day 9 was high. Day day and now 11 was peak and day 12 today has gone back to high. So in my mind I’ve ovulated weather or not HCG is still there (it is as I’m still getting positive tests) Thanks this has helped
I just dyed my hair a 5 medium brown, from a pretty light blonde balayage. I have brown hair that pulls red, so my roots look great and my ends are gray. 😬 How long do I need to wait before I re-dye the ends?
This video was so helpful! I only had heard that hcg has to be zero before you can ovulate again or get a period. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks, took misoprostal 4/29, got my hcg tested 5/16 and it was 85, got it tested 5/23 and it was 35, got a period 5/28. Tested my hcg 6/3 and it was a 10.
Yes but typically hCG has to be pretty high to feel symptoms. If a pregnancy test is still a strong positive it is an indication for high hCG. You could get a blood draw to confirm. And if it is still high, you may want imaging done to rule out molar pregnancy which can be very dangerous and life threatening if untreated
I had a miscarriage 6 months ago. Since then i had 4 periods. My cycle was ranging from 32-35 days. 3x of my periods were on time on 32 days. My last period was on day 39 and it lasted for 3 days instead of 4!. I thought maybe it was hormonal imbalance this month i am using clear blue digital since 8 days i had high fertility flashing smileyi am cd 28 and no sign of ovulation i am worried now cuz it seems irregular suddenly! I am not surr if i am ovulating!
Thank you SO MUCH for making this video! I’m being induced tonight at 41 weeks and it wasn’t my plan so I’ve been scared. But this gave me so much hope and encouraged me so much! ❤
I went in for a non stress test with the same straps around the belly. I asked the nurse what does this one monitor if the other does the heart beat. She goes. “This one is where the baby is, this one is where the baby is not. I don’t know what that one’s for.” Umm do you work here? 😆 now I know it’s for contractions !
I'm so sorry for your loss, thank you for your update sharing about your journey and beautiful babies you now have. Currently coming up on three weeks of losing our baby and this video feels like everything I've been searching for. I used kits to find my ovulation with the first pregnancy and it's been so frustrating having them all come up peak when i knew it was just from my left over hormones! Going to stick with the other methods and go off them. Best wishes and thank you again <3
Hi everyone! This video is quite old but I know it still helps people every day. You may be encouraged to know that since this video, I have had two perfectly healthy pregnancies/deliveries and another is on the way. :) as time moves forward, information and technology changes so always do your own research to keep up with the latest protocols
@@tracy3418 yes I was! The presence of HCg did not hinder my ability to get pregnant at all, and I was successful as soon as I started trying. In fact, I was actually pregnant as I was making this video but I didn’t know it yet. :)
Hi I am so glad I stumbled on your video despite the fact that it’s 3 years old, so last Tuesday I went through a D&C but my husband and I plan to jump right in so I am doing a follicular tracking , just so I don’t get the wrong answer from the strip. MC is so hard I’ve literally broken down as I prayed for a baby for 4 years before that one that ended up in MC but God willing my rainbow 🌈 baby will be here in no time ❤️❤️God bless all the moms out there and especially us who are Ttc .
This has definitely help calm my nerves a little since I will be schedule for my induction on Monday. Definitely will remind myself to say no to breaking my water . Unless there is no progress then i will agree to it.
I just miscarried one week ago today. It was our 3rd month trying for our 2nd child. Emotionally this has been hard. Very ready to try again, just nervous. This is helpful, I appreciate any data/knowledge right now.

I’m 18 with my first child doing it alone and getting induced in three days 39+6 and this relieved a lot of worry, I’m doing it non medicated due to being a recovering addict and I don’t want an epidural either. Made me feel a lot better :)
So helpful. Answered all of the same questions that I had after my miscarriage. Thank you so much for finding this official research and molecular structure of HCG v LH
