Kevin, you are truly a pro when it comes to presenting these spectacular properties. You are extremely well-informed regarding all of the beautiful details and special amenities. I've been blessed to have purchased several properties, but have yet to encounter a true professional like you. Your TRUE passion for real estate is what sets you apart from the rest.
I've had the privilege of watching several of your current videos. I must say, after listening to your story, you were clearly made for this! You are professional, well informed, gracious, humble. I enjoy your presentation when showing multi-million-dollar luxury properties. You're a natural. I'm going to definitely keep you in mind when I purchase my next property. Have an incredibly happy and blessed day, Kevin.
A structure of that size built on sand in the event of an earthquake would be an EPIC disaster. Can't imagine what the engineers were thinking. Totally NOT safe at all.
1:56 “ However, it was in our Chinatown that the fortune cookie was invented.” I doubt that’s true, as anything like fortune cookies are unknown in China. It’s more likely that Japanese immigrants introduced the fortune cookie-the Japanese Tea Garden is often cited as an origin point, though other places are in the running as well-since the _tsujiura senbei_ [“fortune cracker”], albeit larger, with a savory sesame flavor, made by bakeries alongside the Fushimi Inari shrine near Kyoto since at least the 1870s, are dead ringers for the fortune cookie. (I’ve had them-they’re delicious!)
Where I was born ❤ Top of the hill Arkansas street early 1900s my Italian grandparents built there home and many other family members moved up on the hill as well love my growing up on the hill
Grew up in the inner sunset in the mid 50's. Lived at 1129 Lincoln Way & Funston right accross from Golden Gate Park. Always went to Pasquale's pizza on 8th avenue & Irving street every Friday night. Best pizza in the inner sunset dist. 👍🍕
You can learn a lot from the 3 little pigs , nice to visit and have dinner but when the M9 happens you will wish you were in a single story on stable bedrock..
This is a huge fave when visiting SF and Palo Alto to see close friends!! Gorgeous area, friendly and I love the many places to eat, shop and find interest in!! I also find this area seems more sunny than other areas of the city?! It just seems brighter and not as foggy on some days! Maybe it’s my imagination!! lol!! Love your terrific videos and tons of helpful and fun info!!
We lived at 1266 12th Avenue in the early 1970's, stretching our budget to $170/month for a two BR flat, to live in the City. It was a wonderful location.
I would never use u or want u to do anything for me because u used Gods name in vain. What as God ever done to u for u to take His name in vain to u. I truly feel sorry for u
It would be awesome to see a better long term change made by the government to help the homeless issue get better. This might not solve the issue long term but im so thankful these people go out of there way to make a huge difference and keep the city pretty. It would look so much worse without them. Thank you all for your service to the communities
@@kevinswanigan Too modernized, all the painted woodwork....l realize it's a matter of personal taste, but l prefer the warmth and charm of historical homes as close as possible to their original state. If people want to update great. But don't paint and tear up a classic old home! Go find a more modern home, and tear it up! Delighted to have found yours channel! ❤️
@@janewasson4845 Very true. I thought it was a good blend but like you said opinions will vary. It’s a fine line when trying to update a home while keeping its historic charm/character…most people fail miserably!
@@kevinswanigan That's for sure! Do the research first! Those fine Victorians there, for examine: how many of them have sadly been torn apart, and history lost for good?
So do most cities. I am in gorgeous Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different. Sadly we don’t provide the support, treatment and care to people in need and we wonder why problems get worse on the street.
Wow! Spectacular and HUGE rooms. This may actually be worth the price. Excellent that they didn't remuddle it by trying to turn it into some modern monstrocity. Love it!
I’m glad they didn’t either. It’s such a fine line to walk when updating a home but they were one of the few who got it right. Thank you for the feedback and for watching!
