I found it’s different for every person/family. I helped a family of 3 who was adamant less than 4000 SqFt would be too small for them. But most people typically end up somewhere between 2-3000 SqFt for new construction here.

There are number of options in Port St Lucie itself like Indian River State College, Keiser and Fortis, and within a 30 minute drive you have FAU, Palm Beach State College, and a few private colleges as well.
It’s an all ages community so absolutely. As far as for the floorplan, depending on the ages and where you’re coming from having the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the home from the primary may take some getting used to.

Front doors or shower doors? Front doors are usually to let in natural light to the foyer, shower doors are supposed to look nicer then having just a curtain but take more work to keep clean.
