I can see where some of these questions would have been triggering and painful; but there is no excuse to publicly tweet a link to the details of someone's abuse experience. You did not have to throw another survivor to the wolves, aka people who are disseminating misinformation and victim-blaming her, in order to process your own feelings of being questioned by a journalist regardless of whether those questions were valid or not. You did not have to offer her abuser more grace and respect than you offered to her. What a painful situation for all involved.
You're Great people !! This is a Great Start and in engaging media for people to understand! There are so many related to the Arts who don't have anyone. You're the first I've seen since 2019 reach out openly to survivors in the artistic category. There are plenty of volunteers in any other situation, yet when it relates to film, music, or the artist/creative areas, there's no one. Please don't leave what you've built. I always appreciate you being open when others wanted to silence me. Most don't want any educational foundations to what's going on
Can we not use the word survivor to validate shitty behavior? She tags that title to everything. I say this a someone who has experienced it. I don’t need to go around telling people oh wow you didn’t believe me I’m a survivor. You didn’t let me ignore my new friend’s bad actions but I’m a survivor. Like there are a lot of us and we don’t all go around throwing the survivor card out to bypass being an adult and dealing with our toxic behavior. Take accountability for your actions and just say…I saw a different side of drake and decided to forget what he did to a minor. I decided his victims didn’t matter like I do and he does. That’s basically what you did and are saying and covering it with but I’m a survivor 🙄

Alexa, I can't support this anymore, I'm sorry. It is clear that you must prioritize your wellness right now. I know it probably feels like a lot because the internet is overwhelming and scary, but by doubting another survivor, posting their information to your platform, and refusing to take accountability, you are perpetuating the cycle of abuse. I'm not saying this to act like I'm better than you or perfect, as a survivor I have also caused harm in the past. So, I'm saying this as genuine as I can. Please get the help that you deserve. You deserve to heal.

If you look at the attorney letter, they explain all the evidence, and what the investigators found. Investigators are not going to lie. I reviewed the files and noticed that a lot of evidence is missing. Many pieces of evidence were not time-stamped. Nothing was in order.
I believe the investigators and the two witnesses who were there and said, "He wasn't with her." The other witnesses were not at the concert she mentioned at school.
The pictures showed her reactions to his stories. All the pictures were from her side of the chat. He didn't send any pictures. In the Snapchat, she told Janet that she had multiple accounts. The account was fake, as proven by the investigation.
He did block her after the age was revealed.After Janet intervened, she told Jane Doe, "I can get him to unblock you." Subsequently, Drake unblocked her. Jane Doe then asked Drake, "Why did you unfollow me?"
I 💯 agree it’s beyond disturbing that he is using an image of Alexa’s child & publicly posting it for the purpose of causing harm/punishing her. I also need to say that in itself is bad enough. It’s not necessary to escalate the language to stating he will is insisting on eternal access to a 2 yo child. It is an image of a child, not the child in the image, that is the subject he has access to and is insisting on ownership of, and sharing publicly. I am a survivor of CSA - I was 2 yo & in Osh Kosh’s the 1st time. 3 separate men, multiple instances by the age of 11. I can tell you that the direct harm caused to me would have been negligible if it was a photo of me that my abusers had access to, instead of the in-person physical access/contact they had with me. So yes, it’s 💯 threatening, and it obviously, and understandably, causes fear and insecurity for Alexa. But equating everything bad that happens to the worst thing that could happen, diminishes the experience of those of us that have experienced the worst harm, and it allows predators and their defenders to do so as well.
Alexa, I believe you can come back from this, remember your fighting for the larger issues, not just personal ones. Constructive criticism is love and trust in disguise of hard truths. Before the laugh reacts come rolling in, lets remember everyone has a chance to learn and grow to still become better people.
ok so has anyone actually reviewed the files from the Drake case because i just did and i feel there needs to be deeper conversation about it because there was so much evidence that backed up the victim's statements after the entire internet basically accused her of lying

What am I watching?! Is Alexa the creator/founder of The Eat Predators movement that she is leading and is the public face of, or is she one part of an empowered survivors collective who are united in collaborative volunteer activism with each person being responsible solely for their own needs/actions & wellbeing? I’ve tried to start the next paragraph for prob 15 min but watching some1 be so confidently sure about such a self-centred bad take, while also having such an incredible lack of self-awareness & accountability is so bizarre that I don’t even know where to start. I genuinely think Alexa is decent person who wants to good things to help ppl. I also don’t remember the last time I’ve seen some1 so scared that other ppl won’t like her &/or will think she’s bad that she twists simple conflict resolution w/other decent ppl in2 a narrative of being the misunderstood hero who is always under attack by surprise villains. It deserves a double Oscar win for crazy making & obsfucation!
Speaking of 🚩: it is incredibly difficult to hold any wealthy powerful men accountable for the very real harm that they cause. The power structures that be already do everything they can to discredit survivors of that harm. So, imo, it’s irresponsible AF to start saying things that veer into the conspiracy theory/social media misinformation lane like calling JL a vampire & human blood in the same content as private islands & cults and its not possible to tell if you’re joking or serious. The survivor community is vulnerable AF, and it’s just dangerous to be sharing wild lHollywood Elites” conspiracy call outs on a platform that’s supposed to be a collective for survivors to platform & call out predators & predatory behaviour. Especially when there’s more than enough creepy behaviour to discuss w/out calling some1 a vampire 10X+ it’s also dangerous to diagnose a stranger w/ narcissism based on minimal online research, and then repeat it multiple times. Finally, and this is prob nitpicking, but the Constant hyperbole instantly gives the impression of exaggeration. I hope this feedback is taken in the way it’s meant, to be constructive & helpful for improvement & given w/ 🫶✌️
