I started this vlog as a challenge on my 30th birthday since I have been so fond of watching other people's vlogs I thought I'd try it too but now I want this to store memories for Matthan and my family for all our adventures so that one day when he grows up he has something to look back to and maybe share to his future family.

if you are on a diet or doing detox pwede naman but for a few days maybe because your body will need protein and other nutrients. You can start with rolled oats and add different fruits and veggies and maybe eventually proteins like fish or chicken.

I watched your video to know the ratio of oats to water. I normally eat instant oats and I just fill my bowl of oats of hot water and cover it. So i didnt know the proportions- I tried to cook whole oats with 4 tbsp. with 2 glasses of water 😂😂
