Coach reality here helping out the Elmhurst residence… Regarding landscaping… Your neighbor will hire the landscapers that will blow all their filthy dirt and pulverized pesticide clippings and dead bugs on your house with their gigantic blowers. The trick is to wait until your neighbors blow on you And then you have your landscapers blow back their dirt along with your dirt on them and you win. That’s the Elmhurst landscaping game. It’s a lot of fun in the fall when the moldy leaves are pulverized and blown on your house. they don’t pick up any leaves… Where else would they go? Into the dumpster… Your home is the dumpster. But get the last laugh and all that gets blown right back on to their property right after they are done. It’s a lot of fun to live in Elmhurst. especially in the summer because this game goes all summer long

Hey Tom, thank you for sharing your thoughts! We appreciate it! Right now demand is truly quite high. On the other hand it isn't easy for homeowners to give up very low interest mortgages. We have a long form dropping tonight at midnight that dives way deeper into this specific topic. If you have a couple minutes check it out. Let us know what you think. You may still disagree but we're always interested in what other people are thinking, and why. Thanks again for reaching out!
Hey Ernest, of course it depends on the time of day but from the northwest portion of Elmhurst it's a straight shot down 294. With light traffic it's no more than 10 minutes (to O'Hare). Even in heavy traffic it's rarely a tough drive. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
