I would definitely put the washer & dryer in the under build….then extend the shower in that bathroom, or maybe a walk-in tub. This is great with that finished under build. Thanks Marie!

Thank you for the video. My only concern is the lack of air conditioning throughout the home. It must surely give rise to unbearable living conditions as the ceiling fans will be completely inaffective in 45 degree heat. However, I imagine this will be reflected in the asking price.
Job half done. Going through all the trouble to build an extra room on the roof terrace but without a bathroom? Just does not make sense since there is so much space left on that roof terrace.

what? 45 degrees? Is this normal in that area of Spain? I suppose that is unbearable, no? I thought 'normal' high temperatures in that region were around 35 degrees.
What about a place that isn’t in an estate that doesn’t look like a holiday camp ? Somewhere with with a garden where you don’t have any immediate neighbours ? NOT to rent nor Let ,,, Too Buy only 😊
they should call this 'casa color'. A little color is welcome, but this is not a house, it's a paint shop. Of course you shouldn't be distracted by that, an entire summer of repainting the house will do the trick 😁. No really, paint on the walls shouldn't hold people back. Good job as always.

@Casperthefriendlyghost82 OMG I loves them all but if I were to buy one I like a Carmen, Cibeles and a Fortuna, A Fortuna is a Rebecca but with its own plot /land detached That's the only difference. I live In a Clasico and just right for me as working all the time, would like a pool but not going to happen anytime soon lol. Have an amazing day my friend 😊😉x

don't want to be mean, but to say "this house needs a little TLC" is understating it massively. This house needs a bulldozer. Having experience with renovating two properties myself, taking on a property like this is asking for problems. Just be ready for the unexpected when you start on this one. Sorry, I've been very enthusiastic in earlier comments on your terrific videos, but this one is not at all worth the praise you're giving it. I hope you don't mind me giving my honest opinion.
@ivo4357 Sometimes I agree, let's address the elephant in the room, firstly the agent values the property and NOT always what the vendor wants to hear, so the property will go on for what the vendor WANTS, this does not mean they will get that price. now just visualize for a moment, I am walking and talking on my video and the vendor closely behind me, correcting every word of what I say. (I am not saying this has happened at this property) so I have felt saying a property needs some tender loving care is what its saying, like a sick pussy cat that needs to be brought back to life,if you get my drift, just a nice way of putting it. you should listen to what I'm not saying as one viewer said to me when I had the privilege of meeting her.😊Thank you for give your time to comment and watching x
