I couldn't put it in water because I was afraid it would get damaged. Is water harmful to joints or nendoroid head?

I doubt they are, people wash them all the time and people use hot water to loosen up tight joints, I am not 100% sure tho.

I’ve never run across that problem of the joints being damaged. After you’re done putting them in the water, make sure you dry them off really well, and it’ll be fine. :)
