ive played for a bit, but i just had to make a new account. for anyone who dosnt know after a while of not playing (a month i think, at least from what i experionced) your account gets deleted, not banned, not put aside somehow, but permamenty deleted, i learned the hard way once when i first played, and the second time when i accualy got out of the stages of beeing a complete begginer my laptop broke, and i couldnt play for a long time, leaving my account to be deleted. thets the only minus of the game in my eyes
I'm not exactly sure how account deletion works, but I think how long you have played changes that timeframe. For example, on my account it says deletion isn't until 2029 if I stopped playing today. I think newer accounts have a shorter grace period of around 60 days. I'm sorry about your account though! :(
@@RareFindYT yeah, I think that's how it may work. On the first time I emailed them, thinking it was some kind of error and I was told there was nothing to done. (And thank you, I miss that account, it had a good-ish horse, that was given to me for free with an immortality amulet and tack by a super nice person. Him I miss the most, I'm happy I at least have pictures of him.)
Do be aware though, that if you are inactive on this game with a free account and don’t log in for a month or so your account will be deleted and all of your progress will be lost. Learned this the hard way.

I been playing it for a few days now and may start making videos on it HONESTLY this game needs the attention although the graphics are not magicall i like it to, but there is awesome mechanics that you dont see used often in other horse games! which is really awesome! i personally will support this game where i can
This game looks to be an embodiment of the phrase “You get what you pay for.” It looks great if you can ignore the graphics and enjoy just riding around playing games and chatting with people. For me, I’m not interested in socializing so I see this getting boring fast without a story behind it.
I've never been interested in socializing much throughout my many years playing the game, and I still haven't gotten bored. Sometimes I'll take a break from the game, but I'll always come back to it. There's way more to it than just riding around. It may not be for you if you need a storyline to enjoy a game. It's more of a sandbox type where you set your own goals, but this can make things fun and interesting.
I tried that for few hours with friend. I ran out of travel energy, because we were stuck in dark forest and we tried to find each other. I tried to find any club, but on my way I didnt find nothing for 2 hours. I gave up, it will be probably fun game, but we are struggling. I cant even ride faster on caught horse, because I cant find materials for saddle. There is no proper guides for that game 😢
I'm so sorry to hear about that. Because clubs are so far from each other and the world is infinite, trying to travel to a club via horse is nearly impossible. It's better to quick travel to clubs using the "club" tab. If you are out of travel, a free way to quick travel back to civilization is by going to courses>mane event>free quick travel. The mane event is a randomly selected player-made course that changes every hour. This should at least put you near other players, and typically near a club. You can then go to clubs>sort by distance. From there you can set the nearest club as a waypoint/heading. Any clubs farther than 5km away aren't really worth trying to travel to by horse. Did you complete the in-game tutorial? It's found on the right side of the screen, and the benefit of it is that you get a horse with tack that you can ride. It's not much, but it's something. I agree that there needs to be a better system in place for new players. It's just way too difficult for new players to get started in the game. I'm currently working on a video guide for new players, so be on the lookout for that if you want to try the game again.
I've been playing HI3 for years now (probably since 2019) and I'm so happy that I joined! Although this game got a little bit boring after a while as you are the only person setting your own goals for it, I still keep coming back! I can't believe that so little people know about it and play it. I wish there was more content to watch about this game on RU-vid and I hope more players will join and that it will change soon! 😭

I remember playing the original horse isle. Sadly horse isle 2 just kind of petered out, haven't played in years though I made some great long time friends
when i read the image "a horse game which is finally free" I instantly knew it was about horse isle. I love horse isle, way better than star stable for me!
Theres an browser-game thats for free, its called Equine Passion, has a german and an english version. Its completely playable for free. Yes, it has SOME features u need to have Premium for, but they're not needed to play the game. Also there are monthly updates from wishes of the community and the premium feature is really cheap from 90ct to 1,67€ per month. The thing is its only one person who programmed the whole game and one person for all the graphics and they do fantastic work so for me its worth it to pay them for new functions and updates. But the game has NO pay-to-win. And there are so many directions you can go in that game.
I am so happy that this game was talked about by someone and how that's brought so many new players to the game! HI3 deseves to be talked about, especially with just how much Stuff there in the game and how it truly is the opposite of a pay to win game. Anyone can make any kind of goal for themselves and anyone can rise the ranks in whatever area they want to put effort into. It's a game that I have found no equal to, and I'm so glad that it is getting some more visibility ❤

New breeds, new courses to try out, new cute club layouts, new foals, each biome has a unique minigame, new equipment (hangglider is the best)...and more! also new updates - like the new PEGASUS WINGS AAAAAA (please note though that they're harder to obtain and use - they cost more gold dust and you can only use them in sky islands - but so so worth it!!!)!!!! I also love the more realistic breeding mechanics and that each horse is unique. I have been trying to create my own breeds and it's really fun! My ADHD brain is easily bored so having so much to explore and discover keeps me interested! I leave most other games after a month because I get bored XD I also just love that I can relax on Horse Isle 3, and if you play for long enough, you'll find buddies that are super great to hang out with and tons of really kind people! <3

graphically.. i'd think this game would look a lot better if the horses were toonier, OR if they updated the literally-everything-else to match the horses more. never heard of this game but seeing this i would have thought it was a tech demo because the 'open world' looks ridiculously unfinished. while graphics do not ENTIRELY make a game of course going somewhere pretty is one of the primary incentives to explore.. which is hard to do when living in a playdoh near textureless world lol
That’s what I thought, although games like Star Stable can get expensive, the world looks and feels more complete. This game doesn’t look complete, even if there’s a lot to do, I think that the world looks a little barren and flat

I got banned for saying the silliest thing ever in chat. Horseisle was my favorite game growing up, but I think a lot has changed. The game is fun but I want to be apart of a community again. That's why I'll stick with my other horse games.
No, the game is not free. There is a subscription. If you don't pay any money, then your account will be deleted after 60 days or whenever the devs see fit. They state that on their website. I decided to try the game out even though the graphics are hideous, and it was alright. Kinda boring, very toxic community, etc. I did however enjoy breeding horses. I had a fjord and a friesian. Two of my favorite breeds. So I was kinda happy with my gaming experience as long as I avoided other players. I put a lot of time and effort into my account and ranch building. But alas... I was busy with life (Work, college, etc.) and could not log on for about a month or two. I decide once everything is fine, to log back in and get back to my horses. Oh wait... my account was DELETED! Yea, fuck this game. Besides the grindy and ugly/empty world aspect of the gameplay, the players and company is overall toxic and unhelpful. Don't bother asking for help. I saw new people in the chats asking for help, only to be degraded by other veteran players. It's a kids game... so what do ya know... disrespectful goblins play it and make the game hell for everyone else. So please, do not waste your time with game like this. It may be fun at first, but once you actually start getting into it, you realize how horrid it truly is.
@@wolfiemix This is simply *not* true. The game is FREE, although there is a membership that can be purchased with mobia. I’m very transparent in the video. Mobia can be purchased with the in-game currency, gold dust. How many games do you know where you can obtain premium currency with in-game currency? I haven’t heard of accounts getting deleted within 60 days. My friend has never purchased membership, and she hasn’t gotten on in 8 months due to her computer breaking. Her account is still fine. New players are being helped around the clock with questions being answered in the help chat. With the large influx of new players there’s only so much everyone can do to keep up with helping everyone. You’re welcome to have your own opinion about the game and not like it, but don’t spread misinformation.

I can support a game while also having my own opinions lol. I obviously don’t think everything about it is perfect by any means, so don’t make assumptions about me. With that being said, I do still stand by the fact that this game is as free as most horse games get. It’s very reasonable.
The game is very free, I've played for 3 years and never had a subscription once. the subscription doesn't even have anything locked behind it. It just gives you extra perks. As for the account deletion, I am sorry to hear about that. I know that when you play for longer (not sure how much longer) the amount of time increases to about 2 years. I've taken a year break before. And I mean all I can say about the community is maybe you've found a bad bunch? The people that I found from day 1 were nice and helpful. Sorry you had a bad experience!
Awful game I just played and it's horrible! I don't know where have you seen kind and helpful players... I spent 3 hrs searching for a horse to catch and when I finally found one some player 999 lvl came out of nowhere caught it in front of me and then they laughed me off. I've had enough, this repeated for 3 times.
@@dailydoseofchaoslol I’m so sorry that you had such a poor first experience. Most players aren’t like this. I and a few others have been helping as many people as we can in-game. It’s hard to keep up with so many new people joining at once. I wouldn’t blame the entire game on one awful player, but I understand why you wouldn’t want to play again.

Thank you for posting this. I've been playing Horse Isle since Horse Isle 1. That was a long time ago. Horse Isle III is so vast I don't think we have even scratched the surface of how much ground there is to discover. With the addition of the Sky Land it's expanded even more. So many of the expensive games could take some pointers from Horse Isle. I can play the entire thing without paying a penny.
Mine too! I love that you can switch between first and third person riding-I haven’t seen other horse games do this. The genetics and breeding is so fun too!
I tried the game straight away after watching the video and I have to say: the fact that it's free is the only "good" thing about it. The graphics look terrible, the world is empty and very plastic, the movement of the horses is mostly very unpleasant to look at and the rider is even worse. The controls are awkward and clumsy and the gameplay is very slow. I uninstalled it straight away
I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience! Starting out, I also found the beginner horses to be a bit clunky but once I upgraded to a better horse, I found that my problems with controls went away. Traversing is also easier once you get things like the hang-glider. As for graphics, I can get why they might not be for everyone but I feel the need to ask you if the graphics in the video looked better to you than what you experienced as there are (though quite simple) graphics settings that you can turn up. I guess lastly the fullness of the world is sort of what you make of it. I've personally enjoy searching for wilds, collecting recourses, exploring the many biomes to solve different puzzles, completing player-made quests, searching caves/ sky islands, and finding loot. And that's only when I'm exploring. Otherwise I enjoy being around other players at the various clubs and intermittent events that occur. I guess I also always play with friends which helps but have made quite a few friends online too since they're all so approachable. Good luck on your horse game journey though!
As a long time player, I want to sincerely thank you for this video. It's the one horse game that is infinitely replayable and has the most fair monetization scheme I've seen of any online game. My account is probably worth multiple thousands of dollars in mobia, and most of it I've bought off of other players with in game currency. What I love about HI3 is that ANYONE can become a top breeder by just working long enough at it, you can get some purebred horses, breed them, sell the foals, upgrade your ranches to hold more horses, breed more mares, sell the foals, buy more space, etc, until you get up the 2,000 horse cap, buy mobia with the profits, and use that mobia for whatever you want! Clubs, ordered horses, special items to make your horses grow or foal faster, become invulnerable to injuries, stop aging, etc. It's frankly so awesome the way the game is designed. The genetics in this game is far more expansive than any game made before or after it, with each horse having individual conformation and color genetics!!! No two horses are exactly the same!
I've been enjoying Wild Horse Islands on Roblox for many of the same reasons. I tried HI2 recently at the recommendation of some people in a horse gaming community. It was charming but overwhelming and I never picked up a horse because I didn't know how to take care of it. When I saw HI3 I was really interested in it but was concerned about trying another new game at the same time (and knew HI2 wouldn't stand a chance once I tried HI3). I actually really like the graphics of HI3 and WHI. I think people put too much emphasis on graphics and have developed unreasonable expectations in that regard. Gameplay is more important and the more time that is spent on graphics the less time gets spent on gameplay. But I think the horses in this video look great and the animations for the gaits are really good! Can't ask for more than that. :) I may wait for your guide videos to get started so I don't repeat my HI2 experience. :) Thanks for making quality content for this underrated game!

As someone who used to play, I do not recommend this game. Not only does it have micro transactions, it is also incredibly grindy with a community who has been toxic back and forth for various reasons. Any subject regarding LGBT+ (even the minimum of "pronounce" is labelled as dating and/or sex). Any mention of a "mom and dad" is fine, but "two moms" or "two dads" will get censored out by the moderation team. There are alot of "ghost towns" scattered about the massive map of players and clubs having simply quit the game. Something the devs never bothered to clean up even after years. Their development is slow, and they do infact not listen to their community's wishes, the only ones being granted are those already planned... So I'd look elsewhere for your horse gaming needs. An alternative; I would highly suggest trying out Minecraft, alongside the SWEM mod and others on Java Edition, as the horse community there goes strong and will likewise show you an open world. There are many servers one could find to play on with said mod, or you could play alone or make your own server with friends.
