Okay, I’ve always scratched my head about the obsession around the kislux book totes and their practicality, but this one is adorable!! Congratulations
Few words you’re an idiot rattlesnakes will not bite you with venom unless you’re trying to kill it and it’s almost to death. That’s real release. It’s venom ones bite you mostly the first time it bites you it’s not venomous. It’s not even venom. It’s probably just a small bite, but look at doctor.
I would not. I got inundated with telemarketers after ordering. The service is horrible. They claim to be from Utah but shipping is from California. If they have something niche maybe take a chance. If you can get it elsewhere, get it elsewhere.
Thank you for the post. I have to say I find this subject frustrating. Everyone I ask at a shop for example say the same things: it’s dangerous don’t do this until _______!!!!! (Fill in the blank for general safety advice). At the same time, you can’t d anything until you spend a ton of money on gear and guides … but how much gear and how many guides are needed to be proficient is left open. At the same time, I see people going out who most certainly have not done all of this “stuff”. It would be really helpful for there to be a standardized certification for backcountry skiing that is similar to what is available to SCUBA diving (e.g PADI certification) to give you the skills and knowledge needed to do the sport with reasonable safety.
That’s what an avalanche safety course is. That’s all you need for basic ski touring. If you want to do ski mountaineering, then you’ll need additional climbing skills. Which is similar to needing extra diving certs (eg night dive / cave dive / deep dive / etc).
Take a photo of the miscreant, you've got a camera in your pocket! Then you don't have to catch the bugger. This very helpful in identifying which anti venom to use.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased this product from their actual site and boy was that a mistake... Never received the product, reached out to them to dead end robots, lost my money, sitting like a dumbass. This company has zero ability in their customer service and will ship you a plastic bag of air as long as they pocketed your money.
Uhhh real survival tips: - yes remember or safely take a picture of snake. - circle with a permanent marker the bite location. Write the time. - If you got bite on the hand IMMEDIATELY remove all rings/bracelets. - DO NOT try to suck venom out. This is damn near impossible to do fast enough to matter and you could get an additional infection going on. - If you get bit close to your small digits its much more important to get medical supervision to avoid the swelling killing off your fingers. - Do no hold the bitten area over your head. Or bind it. - you DO want the venom to circulate your body. Let you body process it faster. If you keep it concentrated in one area that has more problems. - yes do keep your heart rate low. - asprin is okay. At least in America most rattle snake bites are non-lethal. Just hurt like a mofo. Speaking from someone who helped a friend deal with their rattlesnake bite. Asked the EMTs. Local nurses and a lot of google statistics on what actually to do.
Sure it's a nice bag of cheap stuff, yes but good deal? No! You are paying for labor and the people who put it together, plus a huge bonus profit on top of it, plus money for the middle men who are selling it, plus video reviewers getting some of that money too or a free bag. lol!

Don’t call 911, call whatever your countries emergency number is. People in Aussie aren’t gonna call 911 😂 there’s more countries than just America in the world
There are no Rattlesnakes in Australia where you have elapid family of snakes with neurotoxins and front fixed fangs so this video is specifically designed for the United States emergency numbers 😉
