FINALLY!! I've been saying the SAME THINGS ABOUT SHEDEUR AND FELT COACH PRIME WAS TRYING TO "PROTECT HIM" for the criticism Shedeur JUSTIFIABLY EARNED AND DESERVED! It wasn't ALWAYS the OL's fault OR the play calling. And as a Former Receiver, I HATE THAT SHEDEUR NEVVVVEEEERRRRR throw a ball over 40+ yards to a Receiver IN-STRIDE for a TD! Every deep ball was "jump-ball" or "contested-ball"??? WHY??? You got BURNERS OUT THE WIDEOUT POSITIONS...THROW THAT THANG UP AND LET THEM "RUN UNDER IT"!!! That's what I was taught in college!
T-cal alot of ppl been talking about how S2 holds the ball longer im fairly new in this so whats your take on it and whats the actual safe amount of seconds before you should release the ball??????
I mean most of those are kinda already proven tbh if you have a logical brain of course. Wester I mean for any receiver to have 108 catches in a season and be 2nd and top 15 in rec yds at FAU while being able to recognize if it wasn’t for his QB play he could’ve had Wayyyy more catches and yds. I mean who cares who’s the alpha dog on the oline we’ve got 3 guys who are all pretty vocal on the oline which is good the more the better. And hadden a freshman RB getting legit carries behind 2 top 10 RBs. Had a pretty nice YPC in The BIG 10 I think he’s another player that can play at any school He’s a dog.
@nikturner-harris6411 you said all this to say what genuis? Just my opinion ain't no right or wrong answer.. you need to help Shurmur with analytics since you got all the stats 😂
I like the list but I would say this tho I feel above all things I need to see the Offensive play calling be much better. Last year running that RPO offense where 90% of our wr routes were hitches and outs were terrible. Teams started to key on that that’s why there was dip in shedeurs stats. With the offensive weapons we have plus the QB we have I don’t see a reason why this isn’t the best offense in the country. I have a question tho in your opinion who is the offenses Best player their should only be really 3 options right?
@nikturner-harris6411 true, let's talk football.. Shedeur could possibly have a bad game or 2 it happens to all QB'S or Shurmur could run heavy if its working & Hunter just might be needed at CB more than WR certain games so his opportunities could be limited.. Wester full-time WR and probably #1 option if not double team he's definitely going to make big plays for Colorado
@@Gr8Stowe ofc he’s going to make big plays I still think this is Travis’s team he’s the best player on offense and defense. His IQ alone sets him apart. I def could see Lahjontay leading the team in yds or catches but Travis won’t be far behind. He was on pace for a top 20 yds last year before He missed 4 games
I agree with your wins being a "QB stat" take it's weird and finicky, but the theory is no one else touches the ball on every single play but the center, and it's not his job to distribute it lol😂
One of the best things Shedeur does is his deep ball accuracy, yes he had a few under thrown but he was more accurate on most. But I'm sure we'll see way more improvement this year on stepping into throws etc.
I totally agree with your analysis of Shedeur's strengths and weaknesses, especially throwing the ball away. A number of the sacks and lost yardage last year was because he didn't throw the ball away. I've been watching his film from HS and JSU and it's one of his bad habits that He will need to consciously work on changing. I truly believe that it's because of a belief in himself that he can make something happen no matter what that has created this bad habit. He's a great QB that can make every throw but not understanding the need to throw the ball away is a weakness.
There’s no way you can get 14 interceptions and be terrible or get 150 tackles there are guys in the nfl who has never done that in a season you gotta be trolling
For me on the second play in zone I teach never cover grass in zone also like yall said eyes to the QB. On the play we have more cover guys than routes so pick up someone in the zones you have and play it high to low
