That is impossible no matter how you look at it because it violates the only rule for a character to be added to the smash and that is to be from a video game and Goku's first appearance was in a manga
I imagine if an update were made either they showed the DLC characters(Piranha Plant, Joker, Hero. Banjo Kazooie, Terry, Byleth, Min Min, Steve, Sephiroth, Pyra/Mythra, Kazuya and Sora) with other characters or as silhouettes( I know Piranha Plant is already a silhouette in video but he would be join by the other DLC characters.)
