I'm passionate about the outdoors. Exporing it, protecting it, playing in it, and sharing it. I love to help others get outside and open their eyes to this incredible world that surrounds us. We'd love for you to come along for the ride. It's safe, it's legal, and we're having a blast!
I wish. I have only got about 11 mph. I weigh 165, battery, trolling motor, & 3 gallons of gas. With passenger about 6. Mine must be junk. Mercury 5hp on 12' tracker topper jon.
Can’t argue with his statements. Coming from a repressed Canada, I just can’t wrap my head about ordinary people being allowed to carry a concealed handgun. Totally unheard of here.
So Nutia are bounty of 6 dollars a pop this year.I found a camp ground in the middle of 10/22 heaven.Dope the scope and a canoe says I am gonna line the salt life.55 grand was the record earned last year.Love you Rodney and Micheal and hope you are living the life you dreamed.
Just watched one of the outdoor channels and they do have 1 dog,one bow, episode.I am a long haul trucker by trade and can only have one dog.Everyone else has packs.Ever try to bay a hog or tree a car with one dog?I am no better than anyone else.I just learned to use what I have to work with.God bless you Rodney Rogers.
Hahaha .. amen… thank you.. I saw a jack Russel tarrier Bay 4 hogs once in a patch of palmettos … he was so fast and barked so much… the dogs thought they were surrounded .. hhahah
Hi Rodney hope you are doing well.I miss the podcast really bad.The other FL hunting and fishing podcast is alright.I did want to say I got a new dog after my red nose pittie crossed the rainbow bridge. My new dogs name is Tusk.He is the first dog I ever bought.I usually let dogs find me but for one time I wanted to buy a pup and train from the ground up.He is 2 now.At 8 months he scored an 8.6 at the world championship of hog baying at uncle Earls.I took him after some Wisconsin hogs but they are few but still there. This fall I worked with him at treeing coon and he has 7 treed Wisconsin coon under his bet.At 1 year old he flushed his first pheasant.Scared the be jeezus right out of him.I understand his skittish.Life danger runs at you fast and be on your toes.He is a beautiful Catahoula with 2 glass eyes and this winter I am planing in AZ bears and cats.Jaguars are included in those cats but you can not shoot them.Bear and Cat season” Bob cat,my lion “ season is open all year. They just have a quota when what ever unit you are in reaches the kill limit it is shut down.So e units never get a kill.Maybe to hard or what ever.Year round dog hunting.Ocelots are also not allowed but the are there.I want to tree the Jaguars and see an oscelots.AZ bear tags are 200 bucks and AZ lion tags are 200 buck over the counter. The only thing better will be the place I found in LA on the bayou with me an my 22 Ruger going for nutrition nutria at 6 bucks a tail all the fur and meat you can sell.I can spend all winter on the water with my dog yakin nutria.Nit kidding I will dope a 1022 at 200.Did that as a kid because that was all I had and took 4th in the nation in my division even over West Point off hand rifle.I still have a pro archer card.Almost too Wisconsin Field this year.I should be in the old people class but I never have to shoot there as long as I can qualify.I have a wonderful dog.Great friends and family and can not be more thankful to the lord.I am very worried about my country, but I figure we got 2 years of Brandon until Trump wins a 3rd term.Thank you for everything Rodney.I sure do miss the gator tag reports.
So great to hear from you as always ..!!!! Looks like you’re staying pretty busy..!! Hahah .. sorry to hear about the pup … my ole’ Drake passed as well a few months ago… at a thriving 15 years old. He was a beautiful Leopard cur…. Beautiful eyes..! My Nike was an ole’ coon hunter from the day.. great stories … I keep saying we are going to fire up the podcast but who knows .. stay safe out there my friend..!!!
Cool video. Just picked up a 3.5 inch barrel HRR w/birds head grip. Havent't been able to shoot it yet. Am concerned about screws loosening, but everything seems tight on this after checking. Now, for the sights . . .
Awesome choice … so much fun..!! I can say with certainty that now I have ran several hundred rounds through this gun… it’s been fun and flaw less … haha .. !
I have a Mercury 5hp Sail Power and I do 6 knots with my 23ft sailboat that weighs probably close to 1000 lb overall. I love it! Always been very reliable but I also maintained it dilligently.
Actually the spool islands in the Indian river side has bigger reds. We’ve caught and released many 30-40 pound reds on the islands. The lagoon is where you go to catch that elusive 10 pound trout. Cool video though, made me homesick. Actually, some of the best shrimping is on the tressel on the Indian river side.
@@Rodneyrogersoutdoors Sorry. I disagree with your assessment of the Heritage rimfire revolver. Now, I'm not a wealthy guy, but I'll wait until I can afford better quality. As an aside, the loading gate is not called a "trap door", and one loads ammunition into the chambers (not 'bullets'). And that safety? Now THAT is a joke on a SA revolver (transfer bar or not). Not to offend. Just my ever so humble opinion.
I've learned one thing with these, or any single action. Even revolvers of new. I hate cleaning lead off them. The heritage has that zamak frame, and can gouge and warp over time. So hot loads and lead eats them up a bit. We had the same experience on POA. Painted the front with a powder coat of glow as well. It is more noticeable. So, I had a guy shoot these all the time and said shoot these and aim for the pumpkin on a post. He explained. Use the 6 o'clock hold, and tighten up your less dominant hand around your grip hand or shoot single handed. Well it worked. I use a 6 o'clock hold on these since they shoot left high. Once we did that, everyone started kicking cans. My son's first 2 shots were good at 30 feet. They are fun and cheap.
I enjoy mine with 6.5 inch barrel. I picked up a magnum cylinder for it Aldo. You should post your videos on Rumble. They monetize and are more friendly to this type of content. They will be affiliated with Truth Social some time this month .
