I am trying to compiling some ethics value of articles in the form of cultural, dance and linguistics etc about zanskar. Zanskar Valley is located in the Ladakh region of India and is known for its harsh winter climate, lasting nearly six months. Zanskar people have adapted to these conditions and developed a unique way of life around the winter season.During the winter season, Zanskar people live in isolation, cut off from the rest of the world due to heavy snowfall, frozen rivers, and treacherous mountain passes. They rely on traditional methods of survival, including food storage, animal husbandry, and handicrafts.Despite the challenges of the winter season. Zanskar people maintain a strong sense of community and a deep connection to their traditional way of life. They continue to preserve their culture and traditions, passing them down from generation to generation. Practicing Tibetan Buddhism, including prayer recitation and introduction to Buddhism, is integral to our life.
