Cryptos aren't a valuta regardless of it being named as such. The reality is that it is a سلعة. Regardless of recognition, nobody on earth has his salary paid in cryptos, nobody changes dollars pounds or dinar for crypto to do groceries with crypto havinf paid 100 dinar or maybe 10 for a chicken. People buy cryptos to sell cryptos and earn on it. Hence it is reality is without a doubt سلعة not عملة. I hope this message reaches the sheikh maybe it can change his view.
also shaykh I registered under zad academy this semester and I am really benefiting from your aqeedah class. بارك الله فيك. May Allah reward you abundantly. امين
People do anything to degrade the people of saudia, they don’t understand that the restrictions are there to save the lives of people and manage things properly
It has been narrated on the authority of 'Auf b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The best of your rulers are those whom you love and who love you, who invoke God's blessings upon you and you invoke His blessings upon them. And the worst of your rulers are those whom you hate and who hate you and whom you curse and who curse you. It was asked (by those present): Shouldn't we overthrow them with the help of the sword? He said: No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you then find anything detestable in them. You should hate their administration, but do not withdraw yourselves from their obedience. [Sahih Muslim 1855a]
It has been narrated on the authority of Umm Salama that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: In the near future there will be Amirs and you will like their good deeds and dislike their bad deeds. One who sees through their bad deeds (and tries to prevent their repetition by his hand or through his speech), is absolved from blame, but one who hates their bad deeds (in the heart of his heart, being unable to prevent their recurrence by his hand or his tongue), is (also) safe ( so far as God's wrath is concerned). But one who approves of their bad deeds and imitates them is spiritually ruined. People asked (the Holy Prophet): Shouldn't we fight against them? He replied: No, as long as they say their prayers. [Sahih Muslim 1854a]
It has been narrated (through a different chain of transmitters) on the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upoh him) said: One who dislikes a thing done by his Amir should be patient over it, for anyone from the people who withdraws (his obedience) from the government, even to the extent of a handspan and died in that conditions, would die the death of one belonging to the days of jahilliyya. [Sahih Muslim 1849b]
It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas that the messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: One who found in his Amir something which he disliked should hold his patience, for one who separated from the main body of the Muslims even to the extent of a handspan and then he died would die the death of one belonging to the days of Jahiliyya. [Sahih Muslim 1849a]
It his been narrated through a different chain of transmitters, on the authority of Hudhaifa b. al-Yaman who said: Messenger of Allah, no doubt, we had an evil time (i. e. the days of Jahiliyya or ignorance) and God brought us a good time (i. e. Islamic period) through which we are now living. Will there be a bad time after this good time? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. I said: Will there be a good time after this bad time? He said: Yes. I said: Will there be a bad time after good time? He said: Yes. I said: How? Whereupon he said: There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways? There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings. I said: What should I do. Messenger of Allah, if I (happen) to live in that time? He replied: You will listen to the Amir and carry out his orders; even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey. [Sahih Muslim 1847b]
It has been narrated on the authority of 'Arfaja who said: I have heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Different evils will make their appearance in the near future. Anyone who tries to disrupt the affairs of this Umma while they are united you should strike him with the sword whoever he be. [Sahih Muslim 1852a]
Abu Bakr RA forbade the ummah from having two Amirs. All the classical scholars are in agreement. So the system we have which is secularism, nationalism, multiple leaders etc. is kufr already. Applying hadith for an Amir of the ummah to the nationalistic secularistic tyrants is shameful.
Assalamualaikum Brother, can you share information on what obligations does one have to complete before going to Hajj? For example a lot of brothers today have Home Loans. What is the ruling for them?
Kings are not a Muslim rulers. They are all political rulers. We only obey Allah. Quran is the Guidance over Ever-thing. Khalifa is the one we suppose to obey. There is no Khalifa and there is no Muslim rulers either. If there was any they would have establish a khalifa.Saudi regime and Zionist regime fund division among umma. Don’t listen to these paid so called scholars. Allah gave us Quran and prophet (pbuh) preached it. So read Quran and understand it. No one will be able to divide you from Umma. Not even these paid so called scholars.
The Messenger of Allāh (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam) said: “The handholds of Islām will be demolished one by one, and every time one of them is demolished, the people will hold on tightly to the one that follows it. The first one to be demolished is the rule (al-hukum) and the last of them will be the prayer.” [Imām Ahmad (5/251), Ibn Hibbān (6715), with a good chain of narration]
Ibn Taymiyyah (died 728H) stated: “Ahmad [bin Hanbal] and his like did not declare these rulers to be disbelievers. Rather he believed them to have Imaan and believed in their leadership and he supplicated for them, and he was of the view that they were to be followed in the prayers and Hajj, and military expeditions were to be made with them. He prohibited rebellion against them - and it (i.e. rebellion) was never seen from the likes of him from amongst the scholars. Yet he still opposed whatever they innovated of false statements, since that was major disbelief, even if they did not know it. He would oppose it and strive to refute it with whatever was possible. So there must be a combination of obeying Allāh and His Messenger in manifesting the Sunnah and Religion and opposing the innovations of the heretical Jahmites, and between protecting the rights of the believers, the rulers and the Ummah, even if they are ignorant innovators and transgressing sinners.” [Majmūʿ al-Fatāwā, 7/507-508]
Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H) stated: “There have not been a people who revolted against their ruler except that their condition after their rebellion was worse than before they rebelled.” (Minhāj As-Sunnah 3/231)
Shaikh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah’s mercy be upon him) said: “Being patient with the tyranny of the rulers is a fundamental principle (asl) from the fundamentals of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamā’ah.” (Majmoo’ Al-Fatāwa 28/179)
Muslim also reported (1059) from Anas Ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) stated: “You will see after me severe preferential treatment (to those less deserving than you), so be patient until you meet Allah and you meet His Messenger at the drinking lake (Al-Hawd).” So they responded, “We shall be patient.”
Muslim reported in his Sahīh (1836) from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “You are obligated to listen to the ruler and obey him in times of ease and in times of hardship, whether you are pleased or displeased and even when another person is given preference over you (while you were more deserving).”
Bukhāri (7054) and Muslim (1849) reported from Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever sees from his leader something that he dislikes, then let him be patient with him because whosoever separates from the jamā’ah (i.e. the body of Muslims in a country) even by a handspan, and then dies in that condition, he will die the death of pre-Islamic ignorance (jāhiliyyah).”
Muslim reported in his Sahīh (1847) from Wā’il Ibn Hujr that: Salamah Ibn Yazeed Al-Ju’fee asked Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ): “O Prophet of Allah, what do we do if we have rulers over us who demand their rights yet they withhold our rights?” He replied: “Listen to them and obey them [regardless]. Upon them is their burden and on you will be your burden.”
For those brothers and sisters who do not understand Arabic or Islam well, let me summarize this lecture: According to Islam, you are supposed to follow the ruler. It does not matter if America or Israil annointed the leader, you just have to follow. This will keep you safe (otherwise MBS will do bad things to you) and so you can pray and live in peace and go to jannah. See how beautiful Islam is, MashaAllah!
A much needed lecture. JazakAllaahu Khairan. Unfortunately, when this topic is presented to many of the muslims, as to what a person is asked when it comes to obeying the Muslim ruler in the lights of Quran and Sunnah, they simply reject it and follow their emotions and desires, which is nothing but a sad reality. If one says that he is a follower of Prophet Mohammad Sallallahu alaihi wasallam, then he should follow him in every aapect of his life, and not just pick and choose what he likes.
The lecture is crystal clear. The proofs have been established. The one who wishes to follow the Prophet, may Allah grant him steadfastness. As for the one who follows his desires and fancies, may Allah guide him.
Ppl who are commenting are clearly doing so seeing the topic of the lecture 🙂 Please watch the video to understand what the speaker is actually talking about.
As a Canadian citizen, I can do the following things safely and securely: Praying Salah in Jamah, fasting, going Hajj, admit my children to an Islamic school, learn Quran and Arabic in Masjid/school/online etc. How is Kuwait or any other Muslim/non-Muslim countries are different? These people do not make sense if you consider Quran, Hadith and history. Why did we have Khilifa of Abu Bakr, Omar, Uthman and Ali? We know these so called scholars are not preaching Quran and Sunnah.
