@UmbralScythe hahaha thats very fair, I don't play the beta characters in real content, just to have some fun learning new skills and stuff, I also like learning when it comes out! But dang I'm sorry, yeah it's a little tough. I know it's been a couple years but there's always the chance they bring back free unlocks at some point!

I've just been doing metas and WB's like there's no tomorrow, I checked my loot after a couple hours, 225 green pieces, 96 yellows and I'm not even done I've skipped some metas because no one else joined. Salvage results: around 85 ectos This in the lapse of one day and I'm not done yet. Maybe I should repeat more juicy chests metas in the same day you know like octovine and kourna meta
Heck yeah, thats some good loot! I know Octovine can give some good loot for sure, I haven't done the kourna one too many so I don't remember off the top of my head though!
Dont rly have an issue with ecto, but i never went for a legendary so i never really needed them except the daily stuff. good video incase i actually do need

AB meta gives you at least 10-15 rare unidentified gear. all HoT Hero Challenge gives at least 1+daily TM. i can get around 25-33 rare unidentified for one AB meta+AB daily Hero Challenge. if you have time, you can do the next AB meta in the next 2 hours cycle, but for Hero Challenge only 1x for a day. if i am on my mood, i do challenge on VB and TD as well for extra
As a new player this is super useful! Other guides assume you've been playing for years and just want to farm gold or blaze through achievements and don't show the activities and explain how to approach the event.

And just like that, my material storage capacity is maxed out lol. I actually picked up the ultimate edition for JW because my math told me I'd need just under 4k gems to max out my storage if it ever went on sale, and then it just goes on sale a couple of weeks later? Incredible stuff. Also picked up a the last of the expedition contracts for my home instance which yes, a complete waste of money from a purely monetary value, but there's just something about getting that box every day that I really enjoy. It's just fun to get some mats, but it actually also has served as a reminder to go harvest my home instance, which is not something I've always been super on top of lol.
I mean I will always say that even if its not justified by gold, if you find it useful or like it, its worth it! Congrats on maxed capacity and the new contracts! I need to get better about farming my home instance too haha, I need to make mroe time for it.
After buying a material storage expansion 2 years ago I agree with Mighty Teapot who says it's counterproductive - you just postpone the problem of not taking care of your inventory, maybe the first expansion is ok but it's still better to sell your mats, if you got more than 250 it's quite likely you're not going to use them any time soon.
true but for like bloodstone, eternal ice,gobbler stuff,emp stars and so on, its best to have like 750ish in your storage for when you need it and not have your whole inv full with them
@@UmbralScythe not worth it, just offload some stuff from your main to the bank or some other character and keep stacks of those few mats in your inventory, 500 or 750 mat storage capacity isn't going to save you if you for example use candy corn gobbler all the time for faster exp gain in WvW. And trying to deal with bloodstone by mat storage is just nonsense, you can easily fill even 1000 storage with bloodstone. There are better ways to deal with bloodstone oversupply.
Not fully related to video but as a new player almost done with my first legendary.. my bottleneck ended up being spirit shards... I can't imagine sacrificing those for clovers... I resorted to buying books on wizards vault to make up last few spirit shards I needed for my first g1 legendary
haha yeah , that's the hard part for me too, I need the spirit shards for so much else that It's hard to want to spend them. I have to be better about remembering to run food and enrichments for the XP boost for shards too! but I wish you the best of luck finishing that legendary! Which one are you working on?
Doing frostfang with the wizard vault package for my firebrand. Need to finish my masteries as well I'm sure that will help generating them. As of now your point about the wvw tracks are great for that too I've been leaning on those for the clovers as well as the knowledge books for shards.

If anet used the resources of the back legendary in here, and put it into legendary underwater mouthpiece.....that would gain them alooooot of merit and replayability. 40% of Those already have legendary back will be not bothered even before it was released.
I do think that a legendary mouthpiece would be huge. Maybe in the future we will see that! There are some advantages for them adding a new legendary backpack, but the advantage is really for everyone who does not have one yet. Hopefully the skin is really cool so vets have a reason to go for it!

It did feel really fast, and in fact I confirmed, it was really fast. Previously they lasted about a month, this time was shorter, they changed last at 5/21 and then again 6/4 which is only two weeks!

I can only hope! A couple people have been asking in the comments of the Black Lion Update videos, but it is hard to say. Last year they had it on sale many times throughout the year, but we haven't had any sales for this since November of 2023, so I can only hope! but also thank you for the congrats!

2:26 the 1st time or unrepeatable version of the Drizzlewood Reward Track indeed offers 14 Mystic Clover; but the repeatable version reverts to just 2 Mystic Clover like every other reward track.
