Yes I resonate <3 I was celebrating this portal in my home in North America (PNW) with a mixture of my Celtic & Christian roots, plus Andean cosmovisionary understandings of the cycles (there are many surprising parallels between the two calendars even though they are from different hemispheres :)...it was soo precious and powerful. I feel so grateful for these living traditions which have adopted and guided me as I awaken my own memory of origin. Blessed be sister 🧚♂
Love this video idea. Would love a video each of all the sabbats from the wheel of the year and how you celebrate those days, because a lot of people celebrate on similar dates but how they celebrate can be very different.

Thanks for the update. Looks like a great job on the house and look forward to seeing the videos of all the work you have done between you. Also good to see you have a number of 'irons in the fire' (English expression, don't know how that translates...) for work, and to be doing it all in a foreign country and language is an achievement not to be underestimated. Good luck to you both and make sure you spend time out in the beautiful nature of Norway. It really is one of the best medicines.
Ofcourse we're still interested in your journey! Setting up a business on itself is very time consuming and challeging. You're doing that along with learning to be a teacher, adjusting to your new environment AND renovating a house with your husband. I think it's safe to say you can be proud of yourself how you're managing all that and still be able to function like a normal person! I agree on the social media aspect with you aswell. I try to avoid the short content trap (doesn't always work) BUT rest assured there are many people that like long form content. Maybe use the youtube shorts as a short "preview" or summary what your long form video is about. I see many people do that to gain more traction online, but don't care to make seperate "new" content especially for shorts. FOR REST .. I have camped and used the forrest for years . At this time of year i find myself wanting to saw wood . I think there us a caveman still dormant in my mind . Atvthis time of year my cave man wants to cut wood and prepare for winter . I also climb hills . I notice this week i have to rest , that i cannot climb for a while , perhaps until november . It is time to eat root vegetables. Berries . I wish you well .

If you want a long-term renting contract, you need a norwegian job contract. If you want to rent something short-term, then no job contract is required, this is more equal to holiday house renting. Of course, every property ower is different, so you can always try to make a custom agreement. 🙂
Hi, I appreciate all the work you're doing! I'm from Argentina, I'm temporarily in Italy and I'm moving to Norway cos' I don't belong my home country either its society, I find the north a place to reach peace with the cold and the fjords.

Btw, Do you use the definite article in Dutch? As you know, in norwegian it isn't that easy, we use sometimes just a suffix, i.e. The car(s) =Bilen(e) and so on. But I agree that you should probably know basic Norwegian bokmål before you move, don't bother with nynorsk. Just bokmål. Anyway, velkommen til norge!! (Æ e fra Finnmark, skjønne du den hær dialækt skrivinga mi? 😋)

Hello Ellen! I am a Belgian about to move to Norway in 3 months and your series of videos are of big help. There is one question I couldn't find an answer to online, it is about the phone number. What did you do with your belgian phone number ? Did you close it completely or kept it with some minimal subscription ? Did you get a new norwegian phone number ? I might come up with other questions on other videos in the near future :D
We closed off our Belgian phone number, no need to pay for both :). To open a norwegian mobile-contract with phone-number, you have to register with the providor of choice and you need to have a norwegian bank-account and F-number :).

Hei Vicky! Thank you for your nice message! Happy to hear you enjoy the series! I plan on finnishing them, it's a bit difficult to find enough time :). In Norway many people take a vitD supplement during the winter, but I would follow up with your doctor on that :).
But the purchase price is not something you'd add in your calculations if you already own that vehicle, right? I mean, you don't pay the purchase price then.
I’m looking to move in the next two years with my plumbing qualifications. We are officially not in the European Union no more as being from the UK. How do I go about renting a place when I do want to move to Norway?
Hei! I would definitly find out how you could get your qualification recognised in Norway :). And as soon as you can show a job-contract, even a temporary one, it should not be a problem to sign a renting-contract. Good luck!
