Never again, not even if it would be for free! We have had 10 nights booked at this hotel through our agency, and at first sight it looked amazing. The location is not that great as it’s quite remote from Side or Manavgat and the beach is like 15min walking or you can take a minibus from the hotel that leaves every 15min, but don’t expect dry, comfy seats or air conditioning. If you haven’t planned for a rented car, then your options are limited and not much to do around the hotel and taxis are way more expensive than if you’d rent. The room and pool area is clean and we’ve been lucky with the most amazing cleaning lady who helped us go through what we had to go through later in our stay. After only 3 days of stay, our 10 years old started developing symptoms of food poisoning with severe vomiting and diarrhoea that made him very quickly lethargic and dehydrated and we had to try to find medical advice. We’ve been taken by the ambulance to a hospital where he got the appropriate treatment. Unfortunately, a few days after, my wife started showing the same symptoms. We reported it to our agency and as they’ve sent an email to the customer service hotel team, we’ve been asked to contact the customer services manager as they were claiming to our surprise, that they haven’t been aware of any issues. It was very disappointing to hear that, because as we’ve later explained the hotel manager phoned up the ambulance and another lady who used to cover the customer services desk that they, were well aware of what happened. At the end, after a very unpleasant conversation, we’ve been told that they will contact the hospital as it’s a private hospital and the manager is in good relations with the hospital manager and they will investigate if it’s true what we were claiming, that it was food poisoning. Our whole holiday was completely and utterly destroyed by these issues and no one took any responsibility for it. Other smaller issues were for example, that we have been told, we will have kids club and activities, and that wasn’t the case, as no one in those 10 days were actually covering. Every single night from around 9pm there was entertainment for adults with very loud noise levels and animators. From 10-12pm you could hear the loud music with even windows shut, so don’t expect rest or kids sleeping as it’s almost impossible. Quite important detail would be, that if don’t speak Turkish, German or Russian, you’ll better prepare yourself a good app for translation as at reception they barely speak any English. The only person with whom we managed to speak at a conversation level, was the customer service manager. And one last thing…avoid “Starbucks” in the lobby as they don’t have any Starbucks cookies or cakes. They are all brought up from the restaurant and served upstairs if not consumed previously at lunch or dinner, so major risk, and my wife started presenting symptoms 1 hour later after consuming a milk cream cake. Stay safe!

I was there recently. It was fantastic. The people are very nice, the food is something special and the activities were great. I only can recommend this hotel. This was my first time travelling to Turkey.
Antalya Crowne plaza otelden booking araciyla rezerv yaptırdim. bookingden ayrılan kişi sayısı ve oda sayısına göre listeleme yapıp sonra da kabul etmeyip red ettiler . Bookingden Crowne plaza da 3 kişilik oda 2 çocuk bedava olup ekstra yatak istememe rağmen red ederek kabul etmediler. Odanın ucuza tutulduğunu görünce bana suit oda satmak istediler. Bunlar sahtekar ve yalancılar. Bütün sosyal mecralarda bunların pisklerini yayacağım. Şunu da söyleyeyim. Bakanlık bu oteli incelemeye aldı!
Selene - die Göttin des Mondes - wir waren gerade da☺️ Es war sehr schön❣️ Der Service, das Essen, unser Zimmer, der Pool, der SPA Bereich mit toller Behandlung und Dachpool, überall die Sauberkeit: 1A❣️ Das einzige, was nicht so doll war, war abends die Musik. Selene und das Nachbarhotel haben sich mit der Lautstärke Konkurrenz gemacht, zum Glück ging es nur um 2 Stunden. Um 23.30 Uhr war Ruhe. Das Hotel ist ab 16, auch das war angenehm;-) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder😍
Отдых в отеле был с 25 мая по 3 июня 2022. Отель четыре звезды. Завтрак и ужин. Путёвка не дешёвая. Я отдыхала одна. В течении дня в еде перекусов не было. Завтрак семи утра до десяти утра. Ужин с семи вечера по девяти вечера. На ужине чай или кофе кроме холодной воды ничего не давали. Еда каждый день одно и тоже. Никакого разнообразие в еде не было. На решепсоне говорят только на турецком или английском. Русский язык не знают вообще. Купила там же путёвку на экскурсию гид также русский язык не знает. Всю дорогу общался на английском. Я же ничего не понимала. В итоге когда мы приехали до места экскурсии т. как я не знала когда нам ехать обратно мне пришлось сидеть весь день на том месте где высадили. В итоге я ничего не видела отдав за путёвку 50&. Обещали с экскурсии привезти в семь вечера а в итоге привезли в одиннадцать вечера. Я осталась без завтрака и ужина. Который должен быть у меня гид. Я его увидела один раз. И больше я его не видела. Никакой бесплатной экскурсии я не видела. На ресепшоре мне никто не объяснил как доехать до моря или в город. Мол садись на такси который стоит 100 лир. Мол туда только ходят такси. Потом только у посторонних я узнаю что можно свободно за недорого доехать на трамвае. И так же до моря. Короче отдых был испорчен. Я с Алматы.
