Maybe I didn't understand you correct, but did you say ... after seasoning you have to cook it while your title show us "raw vegan food Vegan Barbecue Mushrooms?
@@vickyrafael1do not cook them if you are looking to eat them raw. I said you would season the mushrooms prior to adding BBQ sauce like you would season your chicken before you cook it. It is not the cooking that makes things tasteful, it’s actually the seasoning.
@@SincerelyShireen I marinate them and let them sit out on the counter for 30 mins at the least, depending on how hungry I am. It is idea if I let them marinate for an hour. If I marinate them at night, and will be eating them the next day, I place them on the dehydrator, or in the fridge.

Right, she is no nonsense and a regular person but she eats so well! Everything organized and simple. I think she has a busy career outside of the house, too! I just want my skin to shine like hers does and to have that great figure!!!!
Asenath, when you have time, tell us how you eat on a busy work week. When do you go to the various stores to buy supplies. I remember you said you eat apples and nut butter for lunch a lot. I also remember your kids were younger 4 yeats ago when i first started watching you or reading your FB posts. So, how do we plan our week and grab things in the morning when we have 10 hour work days, etc.
Great Energy, but know your product ( Ninga Creami ) and slow down a bit, try not to fumble so much. There is a bit of a learning curb with this appliance. Due to little sugar with the dates & almond milk (no fat) your program selection should be Lite Ice Cream. Then after the first run on the Ice Cream setting, the program should have been run on re-spin. Hopefully, using the correct programs will give your appliance longevity. They are quite expensive. I've had mine for maybe two months, and just began using it, only after extensive research on use & recipes. I just waited until I the time to do my own research. You'll be fine, Just take it easy.

Vegan ice cream like this is the way it should be, creamy dreamy and delicious while still being nutritious and healing :D With this recipe its so easy to create tons of different favours too, like adding Cacao to the almond mylk to make chocolate ice cream, or blueberries to make a cool purple ice cream, the options are endless, and endlessly delicious :) Thank you so much for sharing this, you are Awesome! :D
