We used to do that but it's more challenging. We had Bling Anything before we invented the HTV Anything. BA is thicker than HTVA and a bit harder to work with for htv but not impossible. -TRW Crystal
HTV Anything likes a smooth hard surface. Just like other decals it's performance can be effected by things like powder coating, applied to a surface with a lot of finger or factory oils, etc. We have videos on our channel where Matt applied them to coffee mugs and added a go pro on the top rack of his dishwasher, and no decals failed. :-) -TRW Crystal

We haven't tested it on acrylic, but as easily as it scratches from daily use, my bet would be that it would work, especially since it will on glass. :-) -TRW Crystal

Any svg friendly cutter will do. We cut with various types of Cricut, various types of Silhoeutte, and the Graphtec. Just upload our design or font from TheRhinestoneWorld.com and send it to the cutter with our Magic Flock loaded :-) -TRW Crystal
Yes, you can use any vinyl cutter to use these Rhinestone True Type Fonts and cut the Magic Flock template material. www.therhinestoneworld.com/magic-flock-by-the-foot-12-rhinestone-template-material We've even cut designs with our Cricut Joy, although those are obviously smaller designs that can fit in the smaller Cricut. ;) Let us know if you have any questions. If it were me, I would use a printable htv vinyl. Be sure to pay attention upon purchase though, there's some made for inkjet printers and others are for laserjet. -TRW Crystal
Rhinestones are not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate the double templating and overall how it is done. While im not your intended market, I know there can be a large market for it. Keep it up.

This one was for a Rodeo Queen, but we've done a lot of custom work for gymnasts, cheerleaders, cheer bows, ice skaters, pageant girls and more. Finding a niche market can be a little of a challenge but worth it in the end. Myself, where I work remotely in Kansas, the popular items here are the rhinestone tumblers. :-) -TRW Crystal
We use our thousands of rhinestone fonts or designs from TheRhinestoneWorld.com and cut the design from our Magic Flock. Yes, any svg friendly cutter will do. For most of our fonts with added tails or glyphs, we put them in the Shift + Number keys. So, type your name then ! @ # $ % or ^ etc. Hold Shift and then type any of the number keys. -TRW Crystal
Is this the same process for making Olympic dresses for ice skaters? Or other Olympic sports that require rhinestones on their dresses? Or are they hand stuck?
There are multiple ways, it's likely up to the artists preferences. You can make templates like we do, or we also have a Cams Machine that places the stones for us at lightning speed right to the acrylic hotfix heat tape. -TRW Crystal
