Not all the days one see trully angels walking over the earth .But you was reacting to Amira with the same age that this video ,( 11 years old ) singing Oh holy night . Also reacted to The phantom of the Opera , with a lady Amira breaking glasses . Amira is sensational at all the age . Since her 10 years old she has a fundation ( Gelukskinders ) destiny to build playgrownds in poor zones in South Afrika for the poor children have places where they can play . Amira belong to Heaven
I agree with @bsirta 5824 entirely. This is a masterpiece performance & we are all so fortunate to have Amira in our lifetime; to see her incredible journey from age 9 to now, a young woman of 20, doing her Batchelor of music equivalent at Pretoria University. Amira has lightened the darkest days for so many with her wonderful Angelic voice & her sweetest, modest , yet outgoing bubbly persona. I’m so glad you’ve decided to continue with Amira reactions & can assure you that this performance is one of very many that will astound you & blow you away. Not sure whether you’re aware of Amira’s incredible anthropology achievements in forming a foundation/charity to supply Sth African schools with playground equipment. This idea was conceived when she was in Sth Africa at 7 years of age & saw children with no equipment,playing in the dirt & as soon as she commenced earnings from her performances, she formed the foundation & put in 50 percent of earnings which continues to this day. Incredibly, the foundation has supplied ( and maintains) some 23 schools with such equipment. Ive also appreciated your reactions & have subscribed & look forward to you enjoying Amira’s journey. She is singing in Spanish here. It's not one of her languages, but she translated it so she understood it, and then delivered it with the emotion it needed. She really got carried away too. She was 11, and sang about five other songs at the concert, some with the choir backing her up. This is one of her stunning performances, Gesu Bambino, an informal recording, is another. I have subscribed, looking forward to the next one.
I followed the girls from Fifth Harmony as individuals and as a group for years. I strongly disagree with your conclusions. I did not observe any one of the girls diminishing their skills after they became a group. I think they were one of the best girl groups I can remember. The only girl group I think was better was 4th Impact out of the UK.

I agree with you completely! Even though, I think, there’s a difference between criticism and constructive criticism and what I’ve seen is that she doesn’t “know” the difference. I think it’s because of her time on dance moms and Jojo’s mom living through her daughter and pushing the outcome of what Jojo’s moms’ dreams. I feel like Jojo’s mom really wants to be Jojo and projects what she wants to do into jojo’s mind, which then leads to Jojo thinking she can’t do anything wrong. And then when something does go wrong she handles it as if it was planned. BUT, Jojo also said she always wanted to be just like Miley Cyrus. She said in a video she wants to go down the same path, in which I think she saw how much attention Miley got in that era and she now wants the attention. I feel like Jojo’s motto is “any attention is good attention.”
I have never really seen dance mom, but from clips I’ve seen it seemed intense lol. It definitely makes sense that the journey has impacted her in many ways. From what I see it seems the criticism makes her stronger and more bold in what she does after it. She’s freshly 21 so she’s has quite a journey to travel through. I can see similarities in their (her and Miley) careers especially at this age. I believe Miley was 21 around Bangerz as well. Knowing the context now of why she did some of the things she did helps one understand JoJos transitional era. She needs the space to do whatever she is going to do honestly. Honestly you’re so right 😭 sometimes an artist can release something that isn’t entirely them and it can give people the wrong idea. That tends to put them in a hole rather than getting a head start. This song feels entirely like a massive head start for her. It is a defining solo debut. She’s on her way to main pop girl status! Like- secured! She has a very long career ahead of her I fear. @@Thatssowdev believe me it's not a claim I make lightly,some of the things Katrina does are extraordinary but apart from whistle tone Sohyang can do it all and has a much better technique ,but I guess until you witness what she does I can't convince you but what I will ask of you is do a comparison reaction of them both doing bridge over troubled water and then you can decide.Ps,the reason I do this is partly because I know it's true and partly because I know it drives the Filipinos absolutely batshit crazy.🤣🤣
